Bought this as a Christmas gift for the family! We love the ice! We can’t get enough! Everyone is drinking more water and juice to use the pellet ice. Restaurant pellet ice

Seems to be a definite step up from the previous model we owned. Like the hard water filters that are available. My sense is they will cut down on cleanings.

Had one before. Lasted four and a half years of constant use. Turned off my refrigerator ice maker since I prefer the chewable ice. Also, since ice makers are the first things that go bad on refrigerators , might as well get ice like you like it.

This design is so flawed that I can't even begin. It sounds like a whole family of howler monkeys screaming. And keeping it clean is way more than my pay grade. Never again.

I did a ton of research and finally decided this was the one for me. It's quite compared to others. Makes ice quickly. And has built in replacable filter. Still a little hugh priced, but you get what you pay for

Love the ice it makes the only issue is that it now makes a knocking sound & other load sound when it is starting to make ice. This is our second machine, the 1st one just stopped working after having it just over 1 year & now this acting up too.
