I like the updated model much better than the older model. The side water tank is great! Several friends purchased one since they know I really like the ice it produces. The only thing I dislike about it is the price.

This product is very easy to clean and set up, and it started making ice within 10 minutes. We lo e nugget ice, and this product was a welcomed addition to our kitchen appliances.

Leaks water when you open door to get ice out. Have called several times on this and no one will do anything about it. It is still under warranty and nothing will be done.

We purchased the Profile nugget ice machine and absolutely love it! We had one of the original First build machines that failed due to a mishap on our part, so we replaced it with the new updated version and I can say it’s much better built.

I am so excited to finally have my own Icemaker. The ice that is produced by this product is wonderful! The machine is quiet, and keeps the ice frozen.

Surprised my wife with this ice machine. Easy to use and clean value to me is a tad bit high but overall it do a great job a producing ice and keeping it frozen.

The title pretty much sums it up. We never thought we'd like ice so much - but this machine makes great ice. And I like the programing features and convenience of using the ice maker.

We have had our icemaker for 1 month. It worked okay, but started making horrible noises for 40 minutes straight. So, we descaled it following the instructions provided, and now it will not even start making ice. So dissapointing!!

We absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ this ice!! It makes me so happy I gave 4 stars because it occasionally makes a squeaky noice. That is irritating. But…. those precious little nugget ice pieces - AMAZING and worth hearing that occasional noise.
