Surprised my wife with this ice machine. Easy to use and clean value to me is a tad bit high but overall it do a great job a producing ice and keeping it frozen.

I've really enjoyed the Opal over the last few months. I've essentially had zero issues with the product, it's been making great ice and makes the ice pretty quick, and overall would recommend it to anyone looking for a pebble ice maker.

The products looks and is well designed. If you chew ice, this ice will help protect your teeth or dental work from breaking. I would recommend only using filtered water or Reverse osmosis treated water.

It certainly makes the large amount of ice it says. It instructs you on what needs to be done while cleaning process. Very simple and understandable. I love it.

As always I love the ice this machine makes. The issue has always been dependably. The 2.0 version seems better after 1 month of use. Let's hope they have this figured out.

We love the ice machine so far!! We use it every day set the machine to start making the ice before we wake up so it is ready for when I go to work to fill my 33oz water bottle.

This makes the PERFECT ice cubes & fast! The machine is a little noisey when it’s making ice…but it’s not too bad. The cleaning process is very simple (which a huge blessing!) there are some great videos on YouTube that I’ve found helpful!

Absolutely the best ice maker on the market. Produces perfect drink ice cubes with large quantity tank and add ons to cover any occasion. Easy to set up, maintain and use. 100% satisfied with this purchase.

We love our Opal except for 2 things. The fan in the back is noisier than the first Opal we had. The reservoir will NOT hold a gallon of water like the last one. I like the handle on the drawer for easier opening.

I love this Ice Maker love the nugget Ice love the bluetooth hook up I have probably sold 3 of these to friends after they see mine and they taste the ice. my kitchen will not be without one. love the side tank.
