It was very easy to set up. It started making ice as soon as I got it cleaned and filled with water. We are very excited. We had family over a few days after getting it and they all Loved it. My daughter is looking at purchase one also.

I love my ice machine. But after two weeks the wifi symbol disappeared and won’t come back no matter what I do. So now I can’t use the app because of that.

This ice machine was super easy to set up and supplies lots of great ice in a short period of time! I was reluctant to purchase due to the cost, but I'm so glad I did!

My ice machine was under warranty.  It is an Opal 2.0.  After dealing non stop with their warranty department they want to send me a 1.0 refurbished ice maker.  NO.  My 2.0 is new and still under warranty.  But it doesn’t work! They won’t budge.  

Although my Profile Fridge has an ice maker, I much prefer the nugget ice. I had read many articles and reviews of the GE Profile Opal as well as other brands, and found the Opal to be the best value. I have not regretted my purchase!

Love this ice maker. The ice is perfect, cleaning is very simple. We tried other ones before taking the plunge with this one and it was wasted $$. So happy with our purchase.

From setup to use - this is a wonderful machine. Super easy to fill the side container & the machine refills the ice quickly on its own. Very pleased with this purchase.

I am totally in love with my ice maker. The ice is just perfect… easy to chew and makes me want to drink lots of water each day which is so healthy . I especially like the app that allows me to schedule ice making tunes.

I love this ice maker! It was an indulgent anniversary gift to ourselves, but we have loved having it so much! I wish it was a little quieter in ice making mode, but overall it is a winner!

Done great for 6 days and it stopped making ice. Gives an add water light and it's full. Tried over 2 hrs priming the pump and resetting. It starts dropping ice and gives a add water alarm.
