Our first machine stayed on defrost 90 percent of time. Nothing worked right even after several phone calls. Finally you had us box it up and you sent us a new one. It has worked perfectly and we are in love with our ice!

It’s awful! Afternoon owning it for just a few weeks, it has stopped making ice without priming the pump. Every time it is powered off or temporarily runs out of water, it will not begin making ice again unless the pump Is primed. It’s junk!

I’ve been wanting one of these for years and finally got one! Won this at my company holiday party and cannot wait to have my very own nugget ice! Plus, I got married the day before we won it!

I’d love to see it compatible with a water line. Keeping the tank full is not a huge deal but it would be more convenient. I’d like to see an easier way to drain it

It holds lots of ice. Installing the machine was very easy. Minimal noise. Fits perfectly on the counter. Produces enough ice for our office on a daily basis.

Great "chewy" ice and it works great in producing ice fairly quickly... the only issue is I can't seem to keep the WiFi connection stable to access and turn on/off if I'm planning to need it, but not home yet.

I have been wanting this forever and finally the hubs agreed to buy it for me for Christmas! It has been amazing to have fresh pebble ice whenever I want it!!

Great product thus far. Makes ice easily and quickly. Like the side reservoir. Only constructive feedback is perhaps use a higher contrasting letter color to ice maker color.

Love the nugget ice and how quickly the bun fills up! It's quiet and people LOVE coming over and enjoying the ice with their beverages! It's modern looking and easy to take care of!

This ice maker makes great ice but it's the second one we've tried and they are all made in China (cheap parts) and eventually end up making really loud squeaking/squealing sounds. I'll likely return
