I sent this back after a week. Did not make the ice it was suppose to make. It was mostly snow cone ice and melted. Not worth the price and got me a way cheaper ice maker that is working great. Not worth it

This ice maker is great. We love the capacity and speed of the ice maker. The soft nuggets are quick to chill your beverage but nice to crunch as well.

This is my second ice maker and after warranty is up started making loud noise and would not make ice. Called and they could not do anything because the warranty was up. Don't buy!

I absolutely love my ice maker! I use this ice to keep all my drinks cold. It’s great if you like to chew ice also. It’s quite and doesn’t put off much heat like anticipated. It is also beautiful sitting on my counter!

I've read a lot of reviews both negative and positive. So far mine isn't noisy at all, it makes great ice quickly, you need to ensure your water is compatible have it tested, I have a reverse osmosis system and no problems.

Worth every penny to me! I’ve always wanted an ice machine that makes the soft pellet ice and this one does it! I use it every day and all day. Highly recommend it!

We have had our machine for 5 months and although the ice cubes are a great size, we hate the machine. It always makes these loud squeaking noises and constantly needs to be cleaned/descaled. We even use filtered water.

This is amazing. We used to buy bags of ice almost every other day because I'm an ice freak. Not to mention, this is the best ice EVER. Cleaning and operation is easy and and quick.
