Hands down the best “luxury” purchase I have ever made!! We absolutely love the ice and now use it exclusively. Was able to bag ice for a party and it was perfect. Wish we had invested in this ice maker earlier!!!

Obviously depends what water you use but our ice is so clean and clear. It makes ice fast so even for a hosting night it’ll be plenty. Would be nice to have some sort of holder for the scooper on the machine otherwise it’s awesome!

Nice little unit makes great ice. A few days in it randomly starts to make a loud squeaking sound. Sounds like a pump or maybe a belt inside? Anyway, not worth the high price in all honesty.

I bought two , one reconditioned and leaked water from the bottom so I sent back. Decided to get a new one and it would ran for about 15 minutes then start squealing very loud. Sent back and gave up on getting one.

Im thrifty. Did a bunch of research about "pellet" ice makers, before buying this one. It's been flawless so far in delivering the ice. I also love the app so i can schedule the ice production around my work. Super quiet operation.

Yes, this little device makes a little noise. The more it has been used the less noise it makes, or maybe we don't hear it anymore. Regardless, this is worth every penny. We absolutely love the ice and yes I would recommend it.

Previously had same unit but suffered the effects of hard water. Tried 2 others that lasted half as long even with frequent descaling and ice was not the same quality and consistency.

I love my ice maker, however it dies take much longer than stated to make ice. If you need ice by a certain time I would highly recommend you start the process at least 45 min to an hour out!
