1) Air conditioner, 2) Refrigerator, 3) Opal Ice Maker We love this ice maker and are getting ice out of it all day long. They refer to this as "Opal 2.0". We owned the original Opal as well...and while we loved it, it was an extremely finicky appliance...prone to loud noises and intermittent operation. We're about a month into owning Opal 2.0. She is a lot quieter than her predecessor. The ice bucket is an improvement (It won't fall out on your like the old one could). I still plan to clean and descale it regularly. We have soft water, but I'm trying to stay a head of any issues. Hopefully, Opal 2.0 has better inner workings than Opal 1.0. Regardless, we LOVE this ice.

We absolutely love our new GE Profile Opal Nugget Ice Maker! Best kitchen purchase we have made in a very long time. We have a fridge that makes crushed or cubed ice, but the nugget ice maker is the bomb! Couldn't be more pleased with this product. It's side water feature is a must!

The instructions to install are super lengthy and not extremely clear. I typically like to follow instructions for items like this so I'm less likely to have issues later. Also the app doesn't seem to be working, I've attempted to reset my GE password 4 times each time saying it was successful but still unable to login to the app. I know my password is correct as I am able to login to the GE website with each new password.

Very excited to have this ice maker. I'm using only distilled water which will hopefully limit the amount of required maintenance. I had zero issues setting it up and running it through its initial cleaning cycles. It has worked flawlessly, including its schedule which I sent with the app.

I love this ice maker, it makes ice really fast. If I could change anything it would be that it comes with a bigger water tank because I have to fill the tank everyday, but it's worth it to have this nugget ice anytime I want it it was a little expensive but worth it if your like me and a iceaholic! I couldn't live with out it if something happens to this one down the road I will diffently buy another that's how much I love it!

We've had the nugget ice machine for two months now and are beyond thrilled with its capability! We make ice weekly, and the machine is fast, consistent, and extremely easy to use and maintain! We can't say enough about the quality, and the ice is delicious!

We love the ice machine. It creates the best little nuggets and we can't get enough! We are very happy with the machine and so glad we got it. My two complaints would be, as many others have commented, too - it requires regular cleaning/descaling (almost weekly) and defrosts without warning, which usually depletes the entire bin of ice. Those are not deal breakers, just sharing feedback.

I am more than pleased with this product. Was concerned about the price and the reviews that said they had issues. I carefully followed all the instructions for cleaning it before use and have had none of the problems other people reported. I am amazed at how much easier it is for my husband and I to get our daily water in. It is like it begs you to drink more. Other people have complained about the noise, but it doesn't make anymore noise than a refrigerator and if you happen to notice it making more ice then it is just an encouragement to top off your glass. You can never have too. Ice water or ice when you live in the desert.

We absolutely love this icemaker! The ice is amazing, the set up was very simple, and it works better than expected. We love the app that makes it very easy to program the machine to produce ice when we are most likely to need it. Very nice addition to our kitchen appliances.
