We received the ice maker and followed all set up instructions. The ice maker worked for 6 days before it broke and no longer created ice. We tried all recommended fixes and the machine was deemed ineffective. Super frustrating for the price and excitement around the product.

This ice maker is HORRIBLE. The concept is great and the ice is so so amazing, that is when it works. We had our first machine for about 4-5 months before something broke inside and started leaking everywhere. We got our second machine this is where it goes downhill it started making a screeching noise and would go into defrost constantly. They send a new one, same issue but this one couldn’t event make a full tray of ice not to mention the box it was delivered in was destroyed and the unit had a dent on the side. Another one was sent it ran perfect for literally 48 hours and then has barely made any ice it’s just been in defrost mode. Save yourself some time and headache and do not buy. So unfortunate, it could’ve been a great product.

This ice make makes great ice when it wants to. I has to be monitored constantly. If it isn’t the bin building a nice mountain in it and triggering that it is full it’s the add water notice when the side container is still full. Overall if you are looking for good nugget ice this machine will do the job.

My daughter purchased a previous model and took it with her when she moved out. I immediately purchased a replacement as I can’t dream of living without this ice machine. Love the pellet ice texture, and ease of having almost unlimited ice on hand. I have recommended this product several times … a bit pricey but a staple in our household.

I bought this for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift. She loves it and we love it. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is due to the water level issues with the side tank. On multiple occasions the unit runs out of water and will not pull water from the side tank. I’ve been experimenting with different things to figure it out but this has been the only negative part so far.

We absolutely love this icemaker! The ice is amazing, the set up was very simple, and it works better than expected. We love the app that makes it very easy to program the machine to produce ice when we are most likely to need it. Very nice addition to our kitchen appliances.

These are garbage. They are noisy out of the box and only get worse with time. The ice is good but it takes A LOT of work keeping it going. You need to clean it at least once a week or you can't hear much over the noise. I started using distilled water in hopes to keep the mineral build up down. But now this is getting very time consuming and expensive. Just disappointed.

We love it - when deciding to buy this I worried & wondered if it could keep up with how much ice my husband uses in a day. Surprisingly it keeps up with him and I each day. I fill the side tank (this is very needed unless you plan on hardline connection) each morning and dont have to worry about it until the next day. And in my insulated metal ups the ice lasts overnight !!

I was super excited that my husband let us get an ice machine because of the cost. After about a month, I feel it has paid off. No more weekly pickups of a bag or two of pebble ice from our local fast food drive-thru, or settling for the crushed ice (more so still big chunks of ice) from the fridge, because I have it at home. You get a nice amount within the first 20 minutes, it’s quiet, and so satisfying. Dislike: Cleaning Process.

Great nugget ice maker. Much higher quality than the cheaper machines that are so popular now. Love the ice nuggets versus cubes. The only downside is the drips from the bottom of the drawer when getting ice out of the bucket. The drip tray is helpful but wish a drip tray wasn't needed.
