Makes nugget ice. It's great. It's an ice machine that keeps up with our home bar use. When we don't need it we empty it and shut it toff. When we plan to use it, we fill up the tank and we have ice in about an hour. Our friends went out and bought one for themselves. Not quite six months so far and no problems, no concerns. Recommend.

I love the ice, but it is much louder than expected. It also is constantly running. So anytime I open the drawer to get some, it immediately starts making more. It also needs descaling much more often than they tell you. I'm having to descale every 3-5 days. While it's not hard to do, it's definitely annoying. I'm not sure I would buy this again.

I am very pleased with this Ice Maker. The size of the unit is small enough to be not be cumbersome, but makes a good amount of ice daily. It has a sleek design, so it looks simple and unassuming. The size and softness of the ice is perfect for all types of drinks- I especially enjoy it with soda, iced tea, and making smoothies.

The ice it makes is advertised. Soft enough to chew yet it won't melt fast. No complaints about the ice making capability. However the machine makes noises during the defrost. Within two weeks of owning the machine, the noise during defrost has gotten much worse. Going to return this machine.

I bought this ice maker with the money I won from my disability case. I have a ton of health issues and have been issuing bagged ice for a while now and my hands and back don't like me picking them up. I bought this machine to help me get ice easily as I use tons of it a day and esp if I have company over it's worked great I would def buy it again

My wife and I always loved when a restaurant or event served nugget ice. For us, this was a great home solution. The size is not too big. Use and care seem to be very easy so far. We have owned this product for over (2) months. So far, so good. Hopefully it will last a long time.

The picture shows it having ice full to the brim but it actually doesn't keep the ice cold enough to not melt so the bottom melts out as the top condignly refills. what happens because the ice melts is it creates more of a ramp of ice running from the bottom of the where you see it to the spout at the top back where the ice comes out and then it stops making ice because the ice ramp is blocking the spout even thought the bucket isn't full. Even if you pull the bin out and shake it often I can never get the bucket to completely fill up like they have shown.

Best buy ever. Great for my iced coffee's. Makes the best ice and the pups love it too. Easy to use and clean, set up was easy also. Love the app feature where you can turn it off and on from your phone. Tells you when it needs cleaned and when more water is needed. Very happy with my purchase

We had one of the small countertop ones that worked ok, but it failed after a year and also was inconsistent at making ice. This one makes great "little cubes" that make our drinks very nice! I had a little issue with the side tank (hole for water to go through still had plastic at opening, but once I opened that up, everything was fine.

Love this ice maker- what a wonderful addition to my kitchen! Pros: amazzzzing ice, fits on counter top easily, LOVE the additional water tank, refills rather quickly, I like that it essentially recycles the water of older ice that wasn't used Cons: a little noisy- there is some vibration from the back of the unit that can be silenced with tapping it lightly- but it is a small frustration, ice closest to the bottom is harder- but that was expected of me- I like the softer chewy ice- so overnight sometimes the ice on top isn't as soft as I would like... not a complaint- just an observation
