I've waited a long time to get this ice machine, when it finally got here to my horror the box looks like someone took a baseball bat to it and the bottom fell out. To my bad luck the machine was banged up to, after talking to Best Buy the best thing I decided was to take the 10% off (yes not very much if you know what this machine cost) and use the machine and see if it worked. Well good news it works perfectly hums alongs beautifully. I love the ice it make!! It's great for any drink, it's easy to chew. It's fun to make flavored ice. So my machine has some dents..but that's ok cause it turns out the ice faster than we can eat.

I love this kind of ice so my husband surprised me with this little gem for my birthday. It makes enough ice for the two of us just fine. We both use it every morning and throughout each evening. We've never run out. The water doesn't need to be filled more than once or twice a week for us. If I could change one thing it would be to allow water to be refilled without removing the water tank. Not a big deal, but it would be nice, I think. I love this ice!

Purchased this ice maker for my wife and daughter for Christmas last year. They both love the Nugget Ice "Sonic Ice". They really enjoy being able to make their drinks at home with the same kind of ice. Ice maker is great a making ice and the reservoir comes in clutch in parties.

I am giving four stars and not five just due to the length of time I've had the machine. So far no problems and we are loving it. Can't imagine getting without the side tank as we are going through this ice pretty quickly. I do wish you could fill the side tank without removing it every time.

This machine although it is a little loud will make all the ice you need. We had a margarita night at our house and really put this thing to the test emptying it several times and it just kept chugging away making ice. Very good looking machine. Not a lot of water draining for us.

This was a purchase that I have thought about and debated over for 3 years. Pebbled ice makes every drink taste better! This is amazing! I told my husband that some girls ask for diamonds for their 20 year wedding anniversary but I just want pebbled ice! He got off cheap compared to that!

We purchased this for a small office that has a water line, but no drain and we have been beyond impressed! Super easy to use. We always have ice and our clients and partners are always envious of our pebble ice. I have since added one to a small kitchenette in my family rec room (which does have a drain) and the family loves it.

Buying an ice maker, you kind of know what you are getting into, so there isn't a lot to weigh in on as long as it makes ice. A couple things I do enjoy about this particular ice maker, confirming that the right choice was made: It connects to wifi and you can turn it on/start making ice from the App; it makes ice relatively quickly, so even as you are using the ice, it replenishes quickly enough that we didnt find ourselves waiting for more ice to come out; the biggest surprise was how much ice it made using the water inside and the side tank. I was expecting to have to refill after several uses, and the tank was only about half way depleted. This was one area that was much better than I expected.

This was the perfect gift for my wife, who spends time and money constantly going to Sonic and chik-fil-a just to get a cup of ice. So far so good, only complaint is the SmartHQ app will not let me set up a schedule. Keeps saying "something went wrong ".

I absolutely love my pellet icemaker. Not only does enhance the look of your countertop…It's got a super streamlined design and it's an absolutely amazing product. Does everything GE says it does and more. I was concerned about the amount of ice it made, but this thing puts out some serious poundage. My daughters immediately attacked this icemaker as soon as they get home from school. I've noticed it's also gotten them drinking more water. Whatever it takes as a parent, right? I've had several friends comment on it and ask me where I got mine from. This purchase for me of 2022 hands down.
