This was the BEST addition to our new kitchen remodel. Bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift. It is sleek and an eye catcher. The set up was so easy. Much quieter than I read on online reviews. Ice is spectacular. A great addition to any kitchen and home bar.

I purchased this machine for our teachers and faculty for teachers appreciation week. Decided to give it to them early, so we can enjoy it the rest of the school year. They absolutely love it. Sonic ice is the best. I would definitely recommend this product.

We bought the version before this latest one and it makes great ice. It is just a constant headache to keep running. Using distilled water yet have to constantly clean it or it runs for a while and shuts off. Most other users I’ve seen get about two years until it just wont work at all. It’s far too expensive to have such poor reliability.

So, this machine worked great first few days then one day it was running for a good hour and it started making noise that steadily got louder and louder. Believe it was stuck trying churn out ice not quite sure. Definitely not a good noise. Tried turning off power but that did nothing. Finally, had to unplug it. Waited a few hours and turned it on again. Took about an hour and started making the same noise again. So, long story short, called GE and returned it. They are sending me a new one. Hopefully the last one was a lemon b/c it made ice fairly quickly.

I am so happy that I finally treated my family with this little gem!!! We all LOVE our new ice maker. It makes ice so FAST! We love the smalls pieces it makes. I’m so glad that I finally made this purchase after taking so long to decide. I wished I would have purchased sooner!

The dentist says I shouldn't chew ice. Probably true, but we compromised and this ice maker is da bomb. Great for drinks and other ice related needs too. Easy to use and quiet. Highly recommended if you love ice just like fast food restaurants used to use, but don't go to fast food restaurants because they are also not good for you and pretty gross. I'm eating ice right now!

Best purchase we have made all summer!!!! Love the ease of the features, cleaning the unit is simple....I have literally consumed more ice this summer than I have in years!!!! It is like having my own "sonic ice" machine in my house and camper any time I want it ❤️

I have had this ice maker for a little time now and have had issues with it leaking all over my counter since I pulled it from the box. I constantly have to keep something under it to soak up all of the water. It's not just a little water, no, it's a lake under my machine. I have read where people are told to check the hoses. Don't you think that was the first thing I checked? I wouldn't tell any of my friends or family to purchase this ice machine. I would tell them to save some money and buy a cheaper one since this one leaks anyway.

Quite honestly this is the best icemaker out there. Yes, this is the best ice Out there. This product is better than expected. Makes ice quickly, produces a lot of ice quickly! Small compact footprint. Runs very quietly. Much more quiet than the YouTube reviews would lead you to believe. Uses water sparingly. Love the recycle feature. Worth every penny it costs. I wish I had gotten this sooner. If you use a “thermal” (insulated) i.e. Yeti, tumbler, one tumbler of ice will last several hours. Better than the well known pellet ice you can at some fast food places. Because you don’t have to go anywhere and it’s there whenever you want it! Absolutely love this product. Thank you GE!!!!
