[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a neat little appliance to make ice, especially if you host a lot of parties or like to make a lot of mixed drinks. It can go right on the counter for convience. sometimes we even make some ice ahead of time and keep it in the freezer for the week to make iced coffee.

I bought it October 23, 2022. The appliance makes great ice and makes it rather quickly, but.... it's too noisy! I have to jamb a cloth between it and the wall to keep it from vibrating/resonating loudly enough that I want to turn it off. The side of the cabinet isn't stiff enough not to vibrate. On top of that, the light burned out and owner's manual says replacement of light bulbs not covered under the manufacturer's warranty!! On top of that, it will no longer follow an off/on schedule set up thru the app and app says machine needs to be descaled even though it's just been cleaned.

The ice came out perfect and easy to chew. The capacity is perfect as well. Not too large so you can easily move it but large enough so you don't have to constantly refill

It's so good to always have this type of ice on hand. It's great for my wife and myself. Makes additional ice rather quickly too! Would highly recommend as an excellent ice maker for your countertop. I like the way it recycles the water from melted ice.

When it actually makes ice, it's great. Unfortunately it spends a ridiculous amount of time defrosting, which reduces the time it can make ice. My family members are just moderate ice users, but it's enough so that the ice maker pretty much never shuts off -- just cycles from "making ice" to "defrosting" constantly.

I love this ice maker, it makes ice really fast. If I could change anything it would be that it comes with a bigger water tank because I have to fill the tank everyday, but it's worth it to have this nugget ice anytime I want it it was a little expensive but worth it if your like me and a iceaholic! I couldn't live with out it if something happens to this one down the road I will diffently buy another that's how much I love it!

We are enjoying our ice maker so much. We use it every day! The ice is a great size and texture and so enjoyable. The machine iefficiently makes new ice, so the bin is always full and ready for use. The size of the ice maker is also convenient as we are using it on our counter top and it fits under the cabinets.

This is our 2nd GE ice maker. Our first one gave out after about 1 year and a half. It made noise and then there was a leak, and then it stopped making ice all together. We have had this one for about 6 months and it makes squealing noises when it is defrosting. Which is kind of annoying but the ice is delicious so we deal with the weird noise.

I love this ice and convenience. Perhaps you may eventually produce one with a filter so distilled water will not be necessary. My only complaint is that it stays on “making ice” rather than saying “add water”. I ve only had a few days and worked correctly for a few days. What to do ?
