I bought these with high hopes. The towels are fine, but the box sucks. Unless you hold it down, the box flops around while you are pulling them out. They are impossible to use without using both hands. If you are handicapped, forget it, they are useless.

In the past few years you have gradually changed your paper towels for the worse. I have an old Huge Select-A-Size roll I found from when I moved four years ago. The roll size was much bigger, and the paper towels sheets stronger and softer. Recently you took off 20 sheets per roll on the Huge Select-A-Size towels. I still prefer Bounty to other brands, and still love the select-a size option. But I am dismayed and angry at the changes you have made. They are not ignored by consumers such as myself who use A LOT of paper towels, and have been a faithful Bounty customer. I may change to other brands if you continue to lower your quality standards.

I absolutely love love love this product my family could not be without this product. But it's sad to say the stores around me don't sell this product anymore and we don't understand why I hope they bring it back soon because It gets annoying washing hand towels every couple days

We use this when there is illness in the household and when we have large groups of people on our home. We immediately put away all of the hand towels and place these out. It gets the job done and keeps the germs from spreading. The only additional feature I wish this had would be a punch out hole on each side for replacement in the paper towel holder (the ones that allow the paper towel to hang down). This would allow for me to use this in the kitchen as well.

I loved the "original" hand towels but I thought my husband had accidentally placed a box of "nose tissues" in the bathroom when I used a Kleenex Hand Towel this morning. The "new" version is a lot smaller and does not seem nearly as thick as the originals, yet the price is the same. Very disappointed in the change and I don't anticipate buying Kleenex Hand Towels in the future unless the "original" hand towels come back on the market.

I have been buying this product since they first came out. I was impressed with the packaging and the design element. It is a shame that you have decided to put any printing on the sides and top of the box our guests see. The old design and Holiday designs were perfect.

I use these every single day for a variety of things and they constantly hang on my towel rack! They are thicker than Kleenex and a different consistency from regular towels on a roll. My friends enjoy using them instead of my regular beautiful hand towels, they must think I’m not clean enough lol. I also like to grab one to use for putting denture powder into my dentures. Works far better than any tissue. The towels can also be used for minor household cleanups but that is not really the intended use. Another highly recommended product!

I think the hand towels are a great idea and I use them in the bathroom, however they have a peculiar smell to them. The kids hate when I wipe their face/mouth with them because of the smell. I wish you would look into this and maybe give them a soft scent. I would not recommend this product at this time because of the smell.

I love them! With the situation that we are in now, I cant not go an hour before cleaning my hands so I take this with me everywhere. I have a few of these around me at old time: room, work space, school locker, etc. Will recommend to everyone, specially in times like this with viruses circulating our surroundings. 

I am curious why the box does not list the "ingredients" or constituent materials in the hand towels. I use them primarily for wiping/cleaning many things other than my hands; for example, using window spray on a mirror, then wiping it dry with a hand towel. Although highly absorbent, the towels do leave behind a large amount of "lint" or minute, fibrous strands, which is not ideal.
