It is much thicker than you would expect so it is perfect for a guest bathroom or in the kitchen. They are soft and absorbent but probably best if you are preventing germs for other people since using a cloth hand towel is more environmental and cost efficient  

I have been buying this product for years since it has been available for purchase however lately I don't know what is going on in your plant where the hand towels are packed into the boxes but they are jammed into the box and what a mess when trying to take one out! Mind you I but them at the supermarket so you know I am paying full retail. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but come on, box after box it's still going on! You have a problem, please fix it.

I'm lucky to have a couple of boxes of these that I put in my bathroom for parties in the "before times." Now that COVID is the norm, I put them out whenever my kids visit so we don't have to share a terry towel (not a big fan of disposable anything if reusable is available). I would think these would be a huge seller now, but I can't find them anywhere. Maybe Kleenex could shift some of the facial tissue resources to produce these towels?

This product is great! it does not have a strong smell, very minimal. It does not leave behind any residue after wiping away. You can use it on any surface and its safe with pets and children. I would recommend this product to other user, and has no improvements.

I HATE going to family parties or a friends house and having to use the bathroom and there is one towel everyone uses to dry their hands. An hour into the party and that little towel it wet. I love these because it is much more sanitary. I put these out whenever I have guests over to dry their hands. They are super convenient.

My Mom has cancer and with me being her primary care giver, I have to be extra careful with my entire family regarding the germ situation. We take a LOT of precautions to make sure we keep her safe as she continues chemo. Kleenex Hand Towels are a MUST in my home—or I would never be able to achieve this. Great product! Thank you for making such a fantastic product to keep us safe!!

The 9.1 inch square towels are small when compared with other paper towels, but they're softer than the stuff you find in a public restroom, and they're more absorbent. I honestly loved it!!!

I love using the Kleenex Hand Towels instead of bath towels, but the only thing I don't like about them is they are only one ply and I usally have to use two of them to dry my hands, and I wash them often with putting on makeup etc.Wish they were 2 ply instead, but still love them.

I loved your product before even though the tissues in the bottom of the box did not fluff out. The hand towels have changed however. It is not the same quality, size, and softness. The new box design is not appealing at all. Yes, I will still buy your product, but I am throwing out the box.

My rating is 100% about the new box designs and colors. The new boxes are hideous - all of them. They don't match anything in the house (and actually make rooms look bad). The previous designs and colors were wonderful. I still have one of those boxes, so I took towels from the new box and put them into the old box, which wasn't easy. After these run out, I'm going back to using a roll of paper towels instead. No idea how all of the new designs are bad, and how no one in the company noticed this beforehand. Mind-boggling.
