This GE toaster is the first toaster we have owned that consistently toasts bread evenly across the bread..both sides too! My wife and I have had maybe a dozen toasters over the decades that have been universally uneven. The frozen button works great for toaster waffles.

It is very Classy looking being Stainmnuless Steel exterior. The control is listed as 7 settings. but actually has more as there are half stops also making for precise amount of browning for your toast. The 2 wide slots can accommadate bagels, English muffins, pastries etc. I am very happy with it's performance, just what I anticipated from a GE product.

My daughter bought me this toaster for Christmas I actually didn't get it until January and already the outside burners on both sides doesn't heat up on the center burners. I have to turn my toast around to toast both sides. By then the toast is pretty dried out.

Bought this toaster for it's bagel setting. It works well. Not worth a 5 star because it is very uneven on basic toasting (bagel or regular) setting. Bottom inch or so toasts considerably darker than the top. One side is about a half shade darker than the other.

So far, so good. Only day one, but toasted perfect on setting 2. Lightweight toaster, great price. Didn't want anything fancy. This works well. Replaced a 4 slice toaster that was taking up too much space. This looks nice and is simple to use. No fancy electronics to break down.

So far so good. I just got the toaster today. It's very nice to look at and it's the perfect size for me. It's the 2 slice. I've toasted a bagel and it turned out perfectly. The slots are oversized so there was no problem fitting it in. Because of some reviews I had read I toasted an old piece of bread first but there was no smoke to be seen although there was a slight smell. After the one piece of bread we done the smell is gone. At this point I'm very glad I decided on this toaster and being that it's made here in the United States is a big plus for me.

I love this toaster! It has helpful functions on it and looks great in my kitchen. I'm happy with the way my toast is coming out and have had no problems with the toaster at all. My last toaster stopped working well, and using this new one, I had no idea how stiff the buttons had become on my previous toaster, and how inconsistently it was toasting. I have to keep reminding myself not to push down too hard on the lever.
