I bought the TV a few days ago and had difficulties setting it up. My first call for hep was taken by Lance who patiently and expertly walked me through each step of the process. I was successful getting the TV set up. I had another problem scanning off-the-air channels, and called TCL again. LJ helped me get it right. The TCL support team was quick to solve my problems, and, importantly, was patient with me. Many thanks to them for their first-rate help. The TV offers more than I needed and expected

Everything about this set is high quality from its stands to the screen and speakers. I also love the Google tv streaming platform. Our 4k Netflix subscription has never looked better.

This is my first TCL TVand I am very pleased with it, the picture is amazing. I will never buy another Samsung. TCL is.my ney TV brand. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the TV for over a month and am pretty satisfied; a decent product when it is on sale. My biggest complaint is it didn't come with a detailed user manual. There is some info through the menu, but a full manual is not available even for download on the TCL website (Even though I gave them feedback). For example, the TV has a USB slot, but I couldn't find how to properly use it. Also, the info on different settings does not agree with the actual inputs available on my TV. Certain features are described in their advertising but not explained how to access them. It is very frustrating and unprofessional.

I just set it up with the help of an *amazing* CS team member named Dom. Even though I haven't watched a program, the picture is beautiful!! I cannot wait to select all the apps I want and get familiar with this awesome TV. And, I'm so comforted to know that I can reach a kind, very patient CS member to assist me with anything I need.

We worked together for 1 hour and he was very patient with me as I typed on the remote my long email address and password. Many thanks for all your help
