Nice size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice picture quality screen, easy to assemble I love the app it’s has for in case you lose the remote control! The smart features are to die for I love smart tv’s! The sound is really great too! Connections were on point as well!

Quality

Patricia helped me with a problem that I had with my new TCL TV. This was the second time that I was having this problem. My TCL TV set was in "store mode" and I did not know how to come out of that mode. Patricia not only guided me out of that mode, but she gave me instructions on what to do if it happens again. She did an excellent job. She was professional, friendly, patient, and courteous. I give her 10 stars.

no audio out support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] seems nice to new to know if it will last but now audio output only tv speakers and they are ok for 10 watts. to bad they fake like its for a football game, no surround sound support so whats the point of advertising it as such? sales trick thats why

The picture and sound quality are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is AMAZING! We were able to easily connect it to our internet and devices that we frequently use. The picture is astounding and you can see and hear all of the details that are easily missed with other TVs. The remote is very easy to navigate and comes with buttons for our most used streaming choices. I highly recommend this TV!

98 inch screen flashed once not it doesn't come on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will be calling TCL. Turned it on one day and it flashed then nothing. Checked the power cord clearly not the issue because the light at the bottom comes on. It is so huge and hard to handle. Very disappointing!!! I have a 70 inch TCL that is 5 years old. It has since done the same thing. Will never consider a TCL again if they don't make this right.

Customer service... Set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called for assistant with the set-up of my TV. The customer service person was Lon was very professional and helped me greatly. The only issue is I needed to contact the TV provider for assistance with their controls. Lon was very good with all aspects that I need. Including registering my product.

Just got the TV today and was having trouble setting it up. Dolina was a great help spending time and trying to help me find Pure Flix which was the main reason I bought the TV. It seems the information I received was wrong and your system does NOT support it. At least the picture is sharp and Dolina helped all she could.
