[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TCL 43” Smart TV is the perfect addition to my son’s bedroom for both watching TV and gaming. Setup was Incredibly easy and took no time at all. The Google interface was easy to maneuver around. No complaints about the picture quality. The colors are bright and vibrant. The sound is as expected from this size of a TV. We really like the voice feature on the remote control. Overall just a great television. We have no complaints at all!!

You can add so many apps with ease and no issues with starting the apps. I placed this one in my son’s room and mounted it on his gaming bed. Fits perfect! Definitely recommend!

The picture is astounding and you can see and hear all of the details that are easily missed with other TVs. The remote is very easy to navigate and comes with buttons for our most used streaming choices. I highly recommend this TV!

TCL is the worst brand I have ever purchased. Nothing, I repeat nothing functions properly on this television. The lag time is incredible. Powering on and off is a trick. It doesn't shut off for literally 2 to 3 minutes. Streaming is another nightmare, it buffers continually and freezes. Invest a little more and purchase a legitimate television.

Patricia helped me with a problem that I had with my new TCL TV. This was the second time that I was having this problem. My TCL TV set was in "store mode" and I did not know how to come out of that mode. Patricia not only guided me out of that mode, but she gave me instructions on what to do if it happens again. She did an excellent job. She was professional, friendly, patient, and courteous. I give her 10 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second TCL TV! I bought my first TCL TV in 2018, the price was great, the picture was great and so were the features. The TV worked flawlessly up until Sept 2024. No there was not a problem with the TV. The problem was my grandson who flew a toy drone into the TV at full speed. Great so now I have a reason to get a new TV. I bought this TCL 43 Qled class TV, what a fantastic TV. Picture was amazing, feature rich and the price was amazing. I love TCL TV's because TCL gives so much for the price and the TV's last. In December I think I'm going to buy my grandson another drone to he can fly it into the living room TV. Then I'll have an excuse to get a new TCL 75 inch TV :)

Checked the power cord clearly not the issue because the light at the bottom comes on. It is so huge and hard to handle. Very disappointing!!! I have a 70 inch TCL that is 5 years old. It has since done the same thing. Will never consider a TCL again if they don't make this right.

IMO you are getting the quality of most if not all other brands for a much more reasonable price. I also want to be sure to point out the top notch customer service I received when I had an issue with my device. Elthone J went the extra mile to be sure and help me get the situation figured out in a very short amount of time. I didn’t get ignored, on the contrary, I received emails or calls very fast so they could address the issue and keep me informed until their team had a final solution for me. I’ll be buying their products again in the future, I have no doubt
