Mona was very helpful in helping me setup my new tv. I was getting very frustrated trying to figure out what was wrong with it. She was very patient and reassured me that she could help. Setup was Incredibly easy and took no time at all. The Google interface was easy to maneuver around. No complaints about the picture quality. The colors are bright and vibrant. The sound is as expected from this size of a TV. We really like the voice feature on the remote control. Overall just a great television. We have no complaints at all!!

I bought this tv a week ago . I just received it and began scrolling thru options. There's a lot to learn compared to my Roku tv. Spoke with Cams thus afternoon and she was extremely helpful, polite and professional listening and answering all of my questions. In time, I'm sure I'll be calling back for dime additional info.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture quality the picture is crystal clear and the colors are vibrant. It was very easy to set up to wi-fi. The remote is really easy to navigate. The sound on it is good. It has 3 HDMI ports one with eARC. It was really easy to set up my speakers and game systems.

I was having difficulty with understanding what I was finding on the web to guide because the information I was getting from TCL was not satisfactory at all. Nothing matched with the model TV I have. I called you for assistance and was served by an excellent tech whose name is Lucas. He was thoughtful and very patient as I spent time trying to understand the disparity between what I saw on the web and what I really needed to do. If all of your techs are as good as Lucas, management can sleep with confidence.

First of all it very easy to set up and install all the apps you want. The picture quality and clarity is fantastic. It’s fast, not glitching like my previous TV’s I’ve had. The voice control is awesome feature. Overall I’m very happy with the TV and can certainly recommend it to everyone! 5 stars!

I bought the TV a few days ago and had difficulties setting it up. My first call for hep was taken by Lance who patiently and expertly walked me through each step of the process. I was successful getting the TV set up. I had another problem scanning off-the-air channels, and called TCL again. LJ helped me get it right. The TCL support team was quick to solve my problems, and, importantly, was patient with me. Many thanks to them for their first-rate help. The TV offers more than I needed and expected
