This product is well made and simple to use. I love the look and style of this product, it is sturdy.

The settings are easy to use. The tray for crumbs is easy to clean. The slots are the perfect size for bagels.

Two problems — even at a ‘1’ setting, toast isn’t very light. And one side is darker than the other. I’ll probably replace it later this year.

Great little toaster, for a reasonable price. Like the defrost feature and that it takes thicker slices

After 4 uses, the toaster stopped working and then started smoking when we plugged it back in for use. Not impressed.

Love this product. Only con is the openings are not large enough for some breads. That’s probably true of most toasters though.

Really like the looks of this stainless steel toaster. It heats up very fast and seems to toaster fairly evenly. 3 1/2 setting is dark enough.

Worked great right out of the box. No electrical smell during first use which tells me it had been tested. Very pleased. Looks good too!
