Doesn’t toast bread or bagels evenly. Very disappointed. The old toaster we replaced did a much better job.

Looks beautiful, but if you toast, 2 sets in a row the 2nd set always comes up not cooked all the way

One side of the toast comes out darker than the other side. This is the same thing that happened with my previous toaster.

This is the exact toaster my wife wanted. Smaller than our old 4 slicer and stainless steel to match the rest of our appliances.

So far so good. We tried the frozen setting and we're satisfied with its performance. We love the wide slots to accommodate bagels too.

Two problems — even at a ‘1’ setting, toast isn’t very light. And one side is darker than the other. I’ll probably replace it later this year.

I am very pleased with our toaster. I have no problem selecting and achieving the amount of browning that I want. All features seem very sturdy.

Great toaster, but will be nice to have it in more colors, as this one requires maintenance, otherwise your fingerprints will be all over.
