Beautiful model and works pretty good. Never understood why one side of toast gets more done than the other, in toasters these days. Same with this one, but love the look and the fact that there are separate settings for frozen items and for bagels. Overall a good toaster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a sleek stainless steel 2 slice toaster, that looks nice sitting on the counter!!. It has 3 buttons on the front, 2 are presets for bagels and frozen items and then a cancel button. There is also a knob with 7 shade adjustments to adjust the amount of toasting you want. There is wrap around cord storage on the bottom of the toaster and an easy to slide out tray at the bag to empty crumbs.

I love this toaster! It has helpful functions on it and looks great in my kitchen. I'm happy with the way my toast is coming out and have had no problems with the toaster at all. My last toaster stopped working well, and using this new one, I had no idea how stiff the buttons had become on my previous toaster, and how inconsistently it was toasting. I have to keep reminding myself not to push down too hard on the lever.

The toaster is well made with easy to use features. It has wide enough openings for bagels or thick bread for toasting but also allows for thinner slices to be toasted evenly. It is attractive enough to leave on the counter. The slide out tray makes for easy cleaning.

Over the past couple of years I have tried several brands and price levels. I have had none that did an acceptable job of toasting any type or brand of bread, etc. They either came out not toasted evenly, burnt or not able to change settings properly. Since I received this toaster, I have used it on all types of loaf bread and bagels. So far, near perfect. I am very pleased.

I own many GE appliances but never a toaster and as always, I am not disappointed. I really like this little toaster more than I thought. I did a downsize and space is an issue. I read a lot of reviews before choosing this toaster. Slots are wide and there are more than enough toasting options. Yes, it does toast uneven if you want to be fussy but not to the point where is actually matters as mentioned in other reviews. I set it on 2.5 and it is more evenly toasted than not. For me it's perfect. No complaints here.

We wanted a no-frills toaster and this perfectly fit the bill. Easy to use, clean, and store (we have a small apartment with limited counter space). Just read the directions / be sure to cure the coils by heating on the highest setting before use. There will be a slightly unpleasant smell. Works great.

This was purchased to replace my 25 year old GE toaster that still worked but could not handle a bagels. I am delighted with the function and appearance of my new toaster and it has won a spot on my counter top right beside my GE blender. My toast comes out perfect!

I had an older version of this toaster that I broke, so when I saw this one I was thrilled and ordered it. I like it but it's not as good as my older version. The bottom 1" of the toast isn't quite are toasted as the rest of the toast. I'll keep it and enjoy my toast, just miss my older version.

After less than 5 weeks of use, a coil on the inside of this toaster began to detach and started sparking, almost causing a fire. We had been careful to follow the guidelines listed in the Owner’s Manual so this can only be attributed to faulty wiring.
