Sound is clear, though I dislike the remote buttons for the volume and channels. Navigation of the menu is user friendly with short setup time of preferences.

Colors are vibrant, contrast is excellent, and the way the TV handles brightness in both shadows and bright scenes is truly impressive. Sound performance is strong as well, and the low power consumption is a great bonus. The build quality and finish feel premium. Overall, the viewing experience is consistently sharp, immersion and always showing best updates

Colors pop with great accuracy, blacks look deep for a non-OLED panel, and the TV stays surprisingly bright even in well-lit rooms. The sleek minimalist design fits perfectly in our living room, while Tizen OS is fast, intuitive, and loaded with all the major apps. Sound is clear and adequately powerful for most content, and the smart features respond quickly. Overall, a fantastic mid-range TV that punches well above its price point—highly recommend!

The television failed 100 days into service which meant I was past the 90 day return period to the store and had to rely on the "3-year manufacturer warranty." The repair service contracted through Samsung cancelled the first service appointment 30 minutes after Samsung Care put in the ticket, which was against their own practices according to the email I was sent when the ticket submitted. So I reached out to their office of the president and was assigned a very unprofessional case manager that apparently leads that team that provided virtually no updates on my failed unit or failed service appointment over 14 days. This same unprofessional case manager proceeded to lie to me and say that no accomodat...
