I replaced a GE toaster which I bought about thirty five years ago. My only dislike about the new toaster is the cord being wrapped around underneath the toaster.. What was wrong with the cord coming from the end of the toaster, It wrapped around the bottom of the toaster very nicely. Who turns their toaster upside down to secure the cord??

need better way to return a defected item.bagel button should toast one side,mine did not was sent a rep[lacement.this toaster does work on bagel button.it is way to much to go thu.so will keep it but not happywith toaster or what i went thu to turn the frist one back. sure some people would have no trouble but i am 81 and didnt know how to do what was wanted.can not give you a good rating.

Looks and performs amazing. I never thought I would write a review about a toaster, but this little guy toasted my bread evenly on both sides to my liking. I’ve had other high end name brands toasters in the past and this one out performs them… highly recommend!

This is an adequate toaster but not the quality that I expected, given price and rating, nor on par with of our previous Cuisinart model. The calibration seems off as one must turn the darkness dial nearly to darkest setting to get bread well toasted. Also one side toasts more evenly than the other. Once you accommodate these peculiarities, it does fine.

My older GE toaster finally decided to retire, so since I have always liked the GE products I bought the newer version. Love the look of this toaster and it works great; especially like the light up buttons for bagels, frozen and cancel. This helps to avoid error when toasting. The removeable crumb tray is a plus! Cosmetically, its a nice looking addition to the counter. Very happy with this appliance.

This toaster does a perfect job of making toast and is quicker than my previous toaster. The level that lowers and lifts the bread works smoothly. The unit feels solid and is far superior to a cheaper brand that I bought and returned. As a plus, it looks nice too!

I was wanting to update our toaster and this one had all the features I required. I love how sleek it looks since it is stainless. It's so easy to choose your toaster setting, which is important since my husband and I have different preferences. The wide slots accommodate bagels easily.

Love the sleek design; long electrical cord; easy to read / adjust toast color with click knob; lightweight. Downfall the toast settings are irrelevant. Settings 1-7, why. Settings 1-5 do literally nothing. I keep setting my toast wheat and white @ 6.5, but toast doesn't toast evenly, so I have to put the toast back in at a lower setting to toast the other side of the toast. It used to be if you had 1 piece, you put it in a specific slot for a single slice. Not sure if that applies here as there is nothing on the manual regarding this. I just want the 1 or 2 slices to toast evenly on the first try.
