I have been very pleased with my purchase of this particular GE toaster. My old toaster failed after 15 years and I expect this model to be just as dependable. No special or hard to understand instructions. Pay attention to the safety precautions as you would any electrical appliance and it is simply plug and use. Thank you GE!

We really like the appearance and exterior quality, and it functions well with the exception of perhaps not all of the heating elements inside are working. There seems to be a slightly uneven result on the toast. We’re keeping it though. Better than the black plastic one we had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom recently moved into a new apartment and she needed a few things. I picked up the GE 2-slice toaster and gave it to her. It works well and looks nice on her countertop. I would recommend this toaster to anyone looking for a solid appliance

The toaster is OK. The toasting is a bit uneven for my taste. I purchased, hoping I would have better cord management. cord tends to come off the plastic hooks underneath. Wish I could find a toaster with an actual retractable cord - that would be great.

The only feature that seems a bit flimsy is the lever that you push the toast down with. Has a bagel and frozen feature. Have our ‘shade’ setting on 6 out of 7 to get it a nice toasty color. Crumb tray does not have a very high lip, so a fair bit of crumbs fall out the bottom of the toaster, no biggie tho.

Based on the price point, this is a great little toaster. It is also sleek and clean looking. I give it 4.5 stars because one side of the toast gets a bit darker than the other side, but all things considered, it's a solid toaster and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster has such a sleek look and fits in with any decor The features are great . It’s slots are roomy helps with the bread not getting stuck. We have a big family so it is constantly being used and some are more gentle than others when using it it helps that it is well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JUST LOVE MY TOASTER IT MAKES GREAT TOAST; THE SLOTS ARE BIG MY THICK BREAD FITS IN WITH NO PROBLEM. I HAVE RETURNED OTHER BRANDS BUT THIS IS A KEEPER. THE SETTING DIAL IS SOLID DOES NOT MOVE AROUND. IT IS VERY CLEAN LOOKING. GREAT ALL A ROUND FEATURES.

Other reviewers toasters seem to do good toasting at different settings.Mine, however, doesn't actually toast with color at setting number 5. Seems odd in that it has 13 settings. #5 is the ninth setting; they have half numbers. But it does a good job of even toasting, even if two-thirds of the settings are useless unless one only wants warm bread. So I give a three as I regard it as average.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the GE 2 slice toaster I ordered. I really like this toaster. This toasters cages are tall enough to fit the whole slice of bread in for that all over even cook, and can fit bagels. This toaster allows to cook straight from the freezer with its freezer option. This toaster is easy to use, of great quality, and affordable. Another great product from GE.
