Large spaces allow thick bagels to fit easily in the slots. Well constructed and simple easy features make it very handy to use.

toaster sucks. it doesnt cook both sides eventually. only inside coils work. better off buying walmarts name brand toaster for less money.

I really like it, but wish it toasted English muffins as well as bagels. For bagels, it works fabulous.

I love this toaster. It uses 3 white button lights to tell me what is being toasted. The third one says “cancel” for stopping the toast process. Neat tight dial for degree of toast that gently clicks and buttons are just large enough. It’s sleek and practical for modern or retro look. Easy to remove crumb tray. Great price too.

I liked that I just had to press a button in order to toast a bagel or frozen pastry which was very convenient. The toaster was just the right size to fit on my countertop without taking up too much room.

There's only so much one can write about a toaster but I've found this unit to (so far) be reliable, performant, and of decent build quality for the price. My main criticism is I wish this unit had a digital countdown timer instead of an analog wind-up dial. Overall I am satisfied with this unit.

I returned the toaster within a week because it leaked crumbs from the bottom almost as if the removable tray wasn't there. The excessive visibility of fingerprints was another disappointment. The toasting function was acceptable, but it was overshadowed by the aforementioned flaws.

The toaster even at the highest setting did not toast well and every day we have to put the bread down for a second time to get a darker toast. This is nothing like our previous toaster which did a fine job. The slot openings are not long enough for anything other than store bought package breads. It's a shame you can't produce products in America where Americans need work - instead of China.
