It was easy to put on and the quality seems very good. It is firm yet fluffy providing the perfect amount of cushioning. It's very comfortable and has so far provided me with a good night sleep.

I would highly recommend this pillow. It is very comfortable on the firm side. It fits in one of my smaller pillowcases, little snug, but it fits. And as you can see the photo it is fur baby approved!

I received the serta gel memory foam king pillow. Its comfort is really perfect and nice and comfortable. Perfect king sized pillow. I would say that it has a odor at first but goes away with time

I’ve had more of a harder mattress. I have shoulder pain from an injury and this mattress topper has helped me sleep better! It adds a lot of comfort!

It is so comfortable and actually helps with cooling vs other cooling products I have tried to the past. It is soft yet supportive and has excellent material quality.

This pillow is the perfect combination of firm and fluffy. In the past, I used 2 pillows for added comfort, but this is the only pillow I need. After taking it out of the bag it came in, there is a strong odor that wasn’t pleasant. I left the pillow out of the bag for a couple days before using to air it out and attempt to get rid of the smell. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow.

The Serta pillow has a strong right out of packaging, but it faded quickly. It provides excellent support without feeling too firm and holds its shape throughout the night. I woke up with with less neck stiffness and it made sleeping much more comfortable. Overall, it’s a high quality pillow I would recommend.

In contrast to its branding I actually found this topper to be quite hot to sleep on. Even though it earns high praise for being contouring and comfortable, I may still return it due to how warm it is.

This pillow keeps me cool all night. I really like the size, it’s a king size pillow. The pillow offers as much firmness and support as a temperpedic but without the heaviness which is my favorite part.

way way way to soft! i just bought this today and when i lay on it i just sink into a soft big hole. I am only 140lbs 5'9. Zero support at all. Disappointed in Serta with this one. I have an order version in my RV and its nice and firm.
