I would highly recommend this pillow. It is very comfortable on the firm side. It fits in one of my smaller pillowcases, little snug, but it fits. And as you can see the photo it is fur baby approved!

It is so comfortable and actually helps with cooling vs other cooling products I have tried to the past. It is soft yet supportive and has excellent material quality.

Im extremely satisfied with the quality of this mattress topper! The pressure is medium and it’s pretty heavy on the mattress so it doesn’t move! It sleep very well and my sleep has never been the best. The value of this mattress is the best.

It was easy to put on and the quality seems very good. It is firm yet fluffy providing the perfect amount of cushioning. It's very comfortable and has so far provided me with a good night sleep.

I received the serta gel memory foam king pillow. Its comfort is really perfect and nice and comfortable. Perfect king sized pillow. I would say that it has a odor at first but goes away with time

The Serta pillow has a strong right out of packaging, but it faded quickly. It provides excellent support without feeling too firm and holds its shape throughout the night. I woke up with with less neck stiffness and it made sleeping much more comfortable. Overall, it’s a high quality pillow I would recommend.

This pillow is the perfect combination of firm and fluffy. In the past, I used 2 pillows for added comfort, but this is the only pillow I need. After taking it out of the bag it came in, there is a strong odor that wasn’t pleasant. I left the pillow out of the bag for a couple days before using to air it out and attempt to get rid of the smell. Overall, I highly recommend this pillow.

The Serta Cool Relief Mattress Topper has added more comfort to my mattress. Overall, there has been a noticeable improvement in softness and pressure relief, especially if you're a side sleeper, like me. It has helped to relieve pressure points in my shoulders and for my husband in his hips. The cooling feature hasn't been what I expected. It doesn't provide a cold sensation but it has been cooler than other mattress toppers I've used. The topper was easy to set up and I was happy to find that it didn't have any odor like some new products these days. Because the topper increases the height of the bed, sheets with deeper pockets may be needed. I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend everyone check their topper because the packaging states 4" yet it only measures 3". This is not 4". I had this lying on top of my mattress for 3 days to see if the foam rises further and the height is still at 3". Hmmmm.... not what is advertised.

Pillow is well made good size and firm big pillow. It also feels cool to the touch. The foam firm & squishy . Very comfortable head sinks when you lay on it.
