I’ve been using this pillow and it’s honestly been a total game-changer for my sleep. Before switching, I used to wake up tossing, turning and dealing with constantly neck stiffness. This pillow changed that completely- the gel memory foam gives just the right amount of support to keep my neck aligned, and the cooling effort actually works, so I’m not constantly flipping it over to find the cold side. I’m finally waking up feeling rested and sore-free. I highly recommended this pillow.

Love the Serta Cool Relief Pillow Top Mattress Topper. I sleep very hot so this cools me down instantly. It’s firm, but also soft and allows movement during sleep. It’s well made and it will definitely last a long time. It takes the pressure off of my back and makes me feel so good. I love that it comes with a machine washable cover that’s easy to take on and off. It adds a little height to my mattress, but I actually like that. Definitely soft and cool and well made!

I was able to have a good night sleep with this mattress. I molded around my sleeping positions BUT for my partner it did the opposite. He thought it was too soft and felt like he was sinking into the mattress. It was a win-loose situation :/ The product was easy to set, but I will say that it sits a bit off on our mattress but it didn’t really affect the overall experience for me.

This is definitely a very nice pillow although a little thicker than I am usually comfortable with. I won't say it hurt my neck to sleep on it, but I don't believe I slept as well as I could have. The material is amazing! It's soft and durable and I LOVE the removable and easily washable cover!! I also included a picture of how a normal queen sheet set pillow case ( one of my very nice sheet sets) fits it....the pillow is a lil longer than expected and I don't love the way you can see it sticking out. Overall it's very nice, but a tad too long and thick in my opinion.

Extremely soft and comfortable. It fit the queen size bed perfect. The sheets went over it without a hitch too! I was a little worried about that. It does make the mattress thicker and higher off the ground but still fit the frame correctly. Assembly was very easy. Just took out of the box, cut the wrapping and laid it flat on the bed. Did not have any chemical smell or any thing! Loook forward to sleeping peacefully and comfortable all night long

I've been using the Serta Cool Relief Mattress Topper on my queen bed for a few weeks, and it's been great. It comes with a cover, is easy to put on , and isn't to firm. The cooling effect is noticeably better than other pads I've tried, and it's holding up well so far. With the 10yr limited warranty I'd definitely recommend it.

Nice 3 inch gel memory foam pad topped with a nicely quilted thick mattress cover. VERY DEEP CORNER POCKETS FOR DEEP MATRESSES. Your body sinks into the cooling mattress pad as it contours to your body. Very comforting and relaxing if you enjoy a memory foam mattress pad you are sure to enjoy this one! Great value of getting both a nice gel cooling pad and a quilted mattress cover too!

I forgot I ordered this topper and ended up upgrading to a king mattress. I put it on anyway to try it out and it’s pretty nice! Feels like good support while soft, and I like the cover that comes with it. Great quality too! I’ll be gifting this one to family and looking into getting a king size.

I would highly recommend this pillow. It is very comfortable on the firm side. It fits in one of my smaller pillowcases, little snug, but it fits. And as you can see the photo it is fur baby approved!

Im extremely satisfied with the quality of this mattress topper! The pressure is medium and it’s pretty heavy on the mattress so it doesn’t move! It sleep very well and my sleep has never been the best. The value of this mattress is the best.
