The only thing I would fix would be making better at getting those pesky corners otherwise this machine would be perfect!

I noticed that the water in the water reservoir lasts a lot longer so you can easily do the whole house without refilling it.

I like that this one can sanitize the floor without any chemicals. I love that it’s able to pick up debris and dirts. My toddler leaves trail of cereals or chip crumbs on the floor all the time so I like the convenience of using this cleaner to pick up all the cereals and crumbs while cleaning the floors. I also love that the noise level odd very low. I can clean the floor while my toddler sleep without worrying that it would wake her up.

My house is majority tile with one of the bathrooms being vinyl and cleaning them can be a huge pain. Shark's new hard floor cleaner has absolutely blown me away with how easy it is to use and how efficient the cleaning is. Straight out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick set up guide, which appeals to the "I have to use this now, instructions can wait later' mentality, which is a welcome feature. The cleaner itself is incredibly lightweight and comes in two parts which easily and intuitively fit together. The little storage dock is a nice feature as well. With a little water in the tank, I was able to use it immediately and went to work on the Sisyphean task that is the kitchen floor. Normally, I would sweep my kitchen before a mop but now I don't have to! Setting the steam level is a breeze with the button and I set to work. I was incredibly excited to see a light at the end as well, which made me reach for my phone to take a picture in my excitement. I really appreciated the pivoting head which helped me get into nooks and crannies with complete ease and the roller was smooth over any bumpy patches. One big plus over a standard mop is that the floors dried much quicker as well. The compartment at the bottom, which house the roller, is also where you will find the waste which, as promised, does separate the wet and the dry dirt! This makes it incredibly easy to clean. I love the fact I don't have any dirty mop water being recycled during any cleaning session too. Honestly, I had a moment where I got weirdly emotional whilst using this. It felt like a daily chore became so much easier and it's such a relief. I really recommend this to any household who has hard floors. It's such a game changer and is so worth the money.

I want to love this steamer. It picks up debris effortlessly. Love that! However the problem is with the steam feature. I see plenty of steam but it leaves a lot of water on my floors which doesn’t dry and there are streak marks all over the floor. I have to take a towel and go over the whole floor by hand to get it up and when I look at the towel it reveals that the steam did not even get the dirt up. The area that is suppose to collect the water is almost empty so it’s not pulling the water off the floor. It has to go back which makes me sad. It’s actually fun to use otherwise.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it will take a few cleans with it before you will start to see how much cleaner your floors can actually be but it is totally worth it. It picks up all the dog hair that mopping and sweeping leave behind. I am very satisfied when cleaning out the tray that catches the dirt and pet hair. I cant believe how much my mop actually leaves behind. I talked my best friend into getting one and she bought it the same day and is so happy with the results!

It’s ok. I did not like it. It is not what I expected. You still end up “cleaning” the floor with a dirty mop pad/roller. It doesn’t pick up water so you end up just pushing the dirty steam water all over. It leaves a lot of water on the floor. I do like that it does pick up debris off the floor and it steams but not that it doesn’t clean the brush from the dirty steam water.
