[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked, but what's holding me back from giving it 5 stars is the fact that when I received it I had hoped it would work on carpets as well but it only works on hard floors, but it's still useful for cleanings in the kitchen/bathrooms!

I tested it out by cleaning on a small area of carpet. I rated it 4 stars because it was not easy to pull apart to clean out the machine.

I bought this mop several months ago. I really love it. It made cleaning much easier for me. It is light and easy to use. The water container is large enough to clean the whole house. Even when I put the setting on high steam I can mop 2000 sqft and refill the container only one time. It cleans well. I highly recommend this product.

I watched it pick up debris as I mopped. This will be a handy tool for me since I have dogs that are always tracking stuff in. This will cover two things at once. It's not super big so can be stored fairly easily in the closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Shark steamer works great on hard style floors. I was pleased and relieved to finally get the glue gunk off the tiles! Nothing I had tried had worked until Shark. I used the deep cleaning feature and let the Shark go to work. It softened and removed the glue residue. It isn't too noisy and is fairly easy to move around. I don't like the cumbersome way to empty the dirty water and debris. Your hands will get dirty so gloves might be used. A bright spot is that it comes with a tray on which to set it to dry.
