I'm not impressed with the functionality of the televisions ability to add tv apps. Because I'm not very high tech savvy, adding apps is not clear to me and I have no idea how to do it. Other brands, such as LG, are far more simplistic. In fact most every app available is already in the tv. The owner just has to scroll through them to find what they are looking for.

The picture is sharp and clear. The colors rich and saturated. The remote is responsive. No complaints about the picture quality However, the sound system is inadequate. Even at 100 percent, it's tough to hear. I imagine I'm going to have to get a soundbar. At an extra expense.

We returned this TV because it would not allow us to add our cable provider Spectrum, which is not acceptable. Also, this TV forces you to create an account in order to add apps. Also unacceptable. Based on this, I will never buy a Samsung TV again. Otherwise the picture was beautiful. Disappointing that we had to return it. We will be using your competitor that does not require a login account to add apps to the TV.

I recently had no choice but to purchase a new television because my old television stop working. I wasn't sure of what brand was as reliable as my old tv. I wanted a tv with the newest version of technology, while prioritizing with the best overall picture quality. The obvious choice for me was samsung and their reputation for put out a quality product world wide.

I got this Samsung for my bedroom, so it's not huge. It fits on top of a dresser, but it has a much better picture than my 55" LG that is in the livingroom. I keep hoping my LG will burn out so I can replace it with a 55" Samsung!!! My Samsung is much more responsive to connecting to WiFi, and the sound stays more consistent when commercials come on.

Setup was a bit time-consuming, but probably that was because we hadn't had a new television in a while. One suggestion for improvement would be to make contrasting colors on the remote; black on black is not easy to see in a darkened room We've accommodating by just using the sense of touch.

I decided it wasn't worth it to burn out another expensive iPad watching tv on it in bed at night so ordered this TV from Costco. It wasn't on sale but the price was competitive. I was kind of leary due to some reviews regarding the difficulty navigating the remote but after five minutes, I had that all sorted and now the remote is easy to navigate and quick to respond. The picture and sound quality are both excellent much to my delight. Costco has a 70 inch on sale using the same technology and I like the one I just purchased so much, I'm going to pick up the larger one I go Friday just to have on hand for my great room because I know the LG that's there now will choke eventually...

The new TV has much better picture and sound is louder for speaker TV. Like the new remote too. Price was inexpensive. All around better TV. Keep up the work Samsung
