[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this refrigerator is working wonderfully! It does not have water and ice in the door, which is where we heard most failures occur. It has great reviews and we are happy with it. The only thing is that we had to download the app on our phone in order to have it actually work. I'm sure there is a war around for this, but older people or people who are tech challenged may struggle with this.

The doors open fully even in a tight space with almost no gap to the cabinets, and it looks super sleek with the nice handles and metal interior. The tall water dispenser easily fits my big tumblers without spilling, and the auto ice maker keeps us stocked. I love the adjustable slide-in shelf — it makes organizing so much easier. SmartThings app is handy for checking temps and saving energy with AI mode. Overall, it’s modern, efficient, and works perfectly in our kitchen. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is bit more spartan than its (other manufacturer) predecessor, but is more spacious and fully fit for purpose. It is generally well laid out and fairly flexible as to food storage arrangement, and we find the cooled water delivery feature more used than we expected. On the other hand, we are not looking forward with pleasure to the need to replace the filter periodically. The stops that limit door opening are a mixed blessing. The good part is that they prevent the doors damaging the wall molding on one side and the door frame on the other. The bad is that even with the doors at their widest opening, it is quite difficult to remove and replace the vegetable drawers and requires first removing the door storage shelf at that level.

It looks so nice in our new kitchen, and I love the water fill feature being inside the fridge so that no ugly water spots are showing on the front! It is very spacious both on the fridge zone and freezer zone! Everything stays perfectly cold! We would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 3 year old Samsung refrigerator when doing our kitchen remodel and it's hard to believe how significant the upgrade is given that our old refrigerator was relatively new. This refrigerator is amazing! It's super deep and has tremendous capacity to fit all the groceries we could imagine. We used to max out our old freezer but this one is well designed, has an easily accessible handle despite the sturdiness of the doors and overall has a much greater capacity. From the sleek look on the outside and the matte black finish of the refrigerator, which blends seamlessly with our other kitchen decor, to the consistent cooling of the products inside, we couldn't be happier. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The design is attractive & efficient, the in door water dispenser is a brilliant idea. The app allows you to see how things are working & the alarm indicating an open door will ensure you won’t come home to a refrigerator that’s been defrosting all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had fridge for about a week. This was a replacement because previous fridge kept failing after only 18months. But so far this new fridge has been great. Quiet, steady cooling. So far been a great upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zero-clearance doors are the most important feature for us. Our refridgerator is next to our wall oven (on the right). With these zero-clearance doors, the right door can be opened completely without any danger of it bumping into the handles of the wall oven. This fridge also has a simple, clean, exterior. It lacks the interior air/temperature controls that were on our previous fridge, but I'm not sure those were effective anyway. I hated giving up the door-front ice/water dispenser, but we really didn't use it that often, and not having that gave us additional useful storage space. The built-in ice-maker bin should also be able to store more ice than our previous fridge. I found it easy to set up the SmartThings app, which I find useful for controlling device settings and monitoring energy use. I would like to have one or two more drawer positions on the right door. Overall, however, this simpler fridge should be more reliable.
