[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design of this refrigerator. It has the ice make in the bottom freezer and water dispenser in the refrigerator door inside. The ice is perfectly formed and fully frozen. This was not the case with our previous Samsung as it had the ice maker in the refrigerator and water through the door. The ice maker never fully froze the ice and it frequently would freeze up requiring chipping away ice or defrosting somewhat to get ice maker to work. This design also seems to have more usable space in the refrigerator compartment.It also has a nice clean look sink it doesn't have the ice and water dispenser through the door.

I've been very impressed with this product. It delivers excellent cooling performance, runs consistently, and has been reliable since day one. It dings when you leave the doors open too long, which is great in case you don't close it all the way. It also is a zero clearance so it's great for opening within small spaces. It looks sleek, has a modern design, and the AI features are a nice bonus. It cools well, has plenty of storage, and the layout makes it easy to organize everything. My only minor complaint is that the doors and some of the drawers feel a little lighter or looser than I expected. We've had this refrigerator for about three weeks, so far it's been great. We had to specifically pick this model because it was the only one that would fit in our built-in refrigerator area. We were a little concerned at first that the shelving would not hold enough - because they look kind of flimsy but so far now that we've got it supplied with food it seems to be pretty sturdy . We are hoping to get many years out of this fridge so we'll see how it performs.
