[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to try out. Was skeptical about only using on low to medium heat. Most of my pans take forever and I have to always cook on high. Put pork chops in they didn't stick or burn. And cooked on low heat and cooked the same if not quicker than on high. Would recommend and I am going to buy the other pans also. One more thing It is a nice heavy pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical bc every time I get non stick I end up messing it up with metal or it’s not really nonstick and my food sticks to the bottom. I tried cooking corned beef in it with no oil just to see if it stood up to its name and it did!! It gave the corned beef a nice crust but didn’t stick! I was floored! I even used my metal spatula and scraped the pan on purpose bc I’ma gremlin and it didn’t scratch!! I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan I have a set of the blue diamond in this one here just this just out beats the blue diamond it's a tougher it's harder to scratch and it gets hotter than with the blue diamond set does absolutely awesome hand you need to try it

I have purchased green pan cookware before & I absolutely love them. I needed a new 8” sauté pan for omelettes so I naturally ordered another pan. These pans are terrific in cooking and sautéing with minimal oils. So, so glad I invested in this product

We're always trying to find ways to cook and eat healthier and, of course, products that make that easier are always welcome. The Chatham Green Pan contributes both ways. The impressive nonstick surface (which seems to also hold up well to normal metal utensils) allows us to use little to no oil, even when frying healthy foods like veggies that often don't generate much liquid on their own. Just as importantly, the pan is both oven and dishwasher safe - allowing us to keep foods warm in the oven and then just throw the pan into the dishwasher. Pretty good looking as well!

I hadn't replaced any of my pots or pans in years and had no idea how old and outdated they were. Since I've been using this I've haven't had to scrape or spend hours soaking to get my pan clean, if you're on the go and want something thats going to save you clean up time, this is your pan!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is excellent! I've used a lot of pans over the years, but nothing compares to this one. It's a lot bigger than the pan I was using before. This pan has a larger capacity. Every time I use it, which is pretty much every day, I get excited. I lightly spray the pan with cooking spray, but it's not really necessary. It's simple to use, clean, and store. It browns the food very well. I absolutely love it!! Kuddos on a fantastic product! I love it, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have other Green Pans that I like however not this size so I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately though this one does not work with our induction cooktop. Had the description indicated "not for induction" then I never would have tried it.
