In fact, we love these pans so much, we've stopped using any other frying pans we own. Superior quality and construction, even heat distribution with easy clean up. There simply isn't a pan on the market, that we are aware of, to beat it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this pan so far. I cook fried eggs regularly and it bugs me so much when they stick to the pan and it ruins them. I do not have that issue with this pan! I pour a little olive oil, crack the egg, cook, and it’s as easy as that. Similarly, it is very easy to clean because nothing is sticking to the pan. I can’t wait to use this more because it has worked so great.

I have cooked a steak in this and vegetables and hasn't disappointed yet. Secret is to not overheat oil or butter in it and allow it to cool completely before washing. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chatham GreenPan is amazing. My wife and myself love this guy. The ceramic non-stick surface is the real deal. Nothing has stuck to it with heavy use over the course of four weeks. We love that it is dishwasher safe but honestly we haven't had the need to resort to that. This is the only pan we have that allows us to go from hash browns to eggs with just a quick paper towel wipe in between. The Chatham heats up and distributes heat evenly. Robust stainless steel handle with the cool GreenPan logo set inside. Says you can use metal utensils but we really only have wood and plastic so can't really speak to that. Just remember to use oil and not cooking sprays. Also soft sponges are recommended so as to not damage the non-stick coating. Read and follow the labels and you will be fine. You we also fall in love with your GreenPan. This pan is our go to pan and we highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great, I have used this pan on regular basis for several times so far I haven’t seen any scratches on it yet. I am using it for almost everything like omelette, stirring the vegetables etc. Non-stick is of good quality and I only use wood utensils for stirring. Cleaning is also fast and easy. I always prefer to hand wash it but this is dishwasher safe too. So far I am happy with this green pan and recommend this to everyone with little care.

I make a lot of chicken recipes and was looking for a pan that could handle the quantity of food I make for my family of 5. The cooking is so even it dosen't seem to have any hot spots like some of my pans and clean up is easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a few years, I've been using non sticks. We cook a lot at our house, therefore the nonstick pans get a lot of usage. While using this pan thingss were going well at first, but after a week, things started to fall apart. I know the instructions recommend to use a melamine sponge to try to remove any burnt-on material, but I don't think it should be necessary. In the morning, I can't cook my eggs without them sticking together. I've probably owned well over a dozen different pans of various sizes over the years. Each of these pans was from a different manufacturer. I constantly replaced the prior pans with a new brand because none of them ever performed well for me. The finest of them only lasted a few years since I was too cheap at the time to go out and buy another. None of those pans possessed a long-lasting non-stick surface. Most people can tell the difference between nonstick cookware and cast iron or stainless steel pans. The problem is that I believe many of us continue to treat them in the same manner. The majority of the time, we subject them to extreme heat. If you want your non-stick pans to last, you can't do that. In my experience, many pans do not heat evenly. In my experience, the most of them did not. Unfortunately, many people are unaware of this until they have used a pan that does. It's one of the reasons why, even if a non-stick pan would be superior, I'll choose a stainless steel or cast iron pan for a particular meal. These GreenPan Chathams have the most even heat dispersion of any non-stick pan I've ever seen. Foods simply cook more efficiently. Cleaning a nonstick pan should be a red indicator, as discussed previously. If you don't heat these pans for an extended period of time and let them cool before cleaning, and use enough butter or cooking oil, it's extremely likely that they'll just wipe clean with a dry paper towel. This is what I do the majority of the time. I merely use a damp sponge (soft side only) and a little soap with warm water if I need more. With this pan, you should never have to do more than that. If you do, you're probably cooking at too high a temperature for too long and/or with insufficient cooking oil. That says a lot about this pan because it can withstand higher temperatures than non-stick pans I've used in the past. This is a very very good non-stick pan. The riveted handle is solid and I like never having to tighten the handle. For most things I use it for, the steel handle never gets so hot that I need a pot holder - but on occasion it does. The non-stick non-teflon surface is just excellent and really really durable. This is the best non-stick pan I have ever owned. I can't recommend these pans enough if you want a high-quality non-stick pan. They should function well and endure a long time if properly cared for.

Lightweight, but not the cheap kind of lightweight, it's just perfect weight. Comfortable to hold, the handle doesn't heat up at all. The non-stick part is amazing. It truly is a blessing to have a clean frypan after cooking, makes flipping the eggs or pancakes so much fun, they just cook perfectly and evenly. So very easy to clean. Will buy more. I'm hooked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is definitely worth a look. It is quite large and it fits quite a bit of food. So far I’ve used it a hand full of times where a 12” skillet just doesn’t have enough space and this pan saved the day. In addition to the space, it heats evenly. This is often rare due to the size, but I haven’t noticed any hot spots this far. Cleaning is also a breeze, everything slides right off. I highly recommend this pan!
