[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original Green Pan 10" skillet is a nice ceramic nonstick pan to cook with, it heats up quickly and evenly cooks my food. It says not to use cooking spray as it can damage the coating so oil and butter are best. It was so easy to clean, I just wiped it down with a wet cloth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats quickly on an electric stovetop, doesn't seem to scratch too easily, and is easy to clean! I've found that a lot of the ceramic pans either take way too long to heat or scratch very easily. After a few months of using this, it doesn't seem to have either of those problems. It also feels well made, and I expect it to last several years.

I am very particular about my cookware being healthy and always do my research! I found the GreenPan in my seaching and its now my favorite! They are strong and durable without being heavy and the best nonstick surface I’ve found so far! I would highly recommend these!!!

I tend to cook with just a little bit of butter or oil over a medium heat and have had no issue with things sticking or burning. It also cleans up quickly which is always a plus.

You definitely get what you pay for, it is so deep nothing splashed over the side and it cleans up so easily. We have used it for most everything that we pan fry! Since they are easily cleaned I just quickly clean them up and put them up after using. Nothing really sticks so it is easy and the food is cooked evenly
