[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You never want to crowd the mushrooms, so having enough space is key to making a batch of sautéed mushrooms for more than say two people. This pan gives you enough space and keeps even heat for such an endeavor. I also did up a batch of fried rice and a giant batch of scrambled eggs. Next will likely be doing some pan fried chicken. The extra grab handle makes it easy to move the pan, particularly if you're trying to avoid spilling the contents. A pan I will use regularly.

I hadn't replaced any of my pots or pans in years and had no idea how old and outdated they were. Since I've been using this I've haven't had to scrape or spend hours soaking to get my pan clean, if you're on the go and want something thats going to save you clean up time, this is your pan!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fairly reluctant when I ordered the Green Pan by Chatham, but so, so glad that I did. The first time I used it, I seared beef tips to put in the crock-pot for a meal the next night. I only used (maybe) two tablespoons of vegetable oil when searing my beef tips and not one bit stuck to this pan. (See picture.) I simply wiped out the pan with a paper towel after it cooled, then made soft fries shortly thereafter. So far, I've used this pan probably 6 - 8 times and I have not yet had anything stick to it. The pan is not heavy, but not lightweight, either. It appears to be a very durable pan. I really like the handle on the pan, as well. I did read all directions before initially using this pan. The instructions indicate to NOT use a cooking spray in the pan as it could potentially damage the finish. Also, the instructions suggest not to cook on high heat. (I found medium to just a tad above medium works best for what I have cooked thus far.) Both of these instructions, I followed. On the outer packaging, the manufacturer indicates the pan is "dishwasher safe"; however, after you remove the out packaging, the sticker on the inside says to keep clean by washing in warm, soapy water. To be safe, I have only washed mine with warm soapy water. I have been totally pleased with this pan and would definitely recommend it to others considering it for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this pan so far. I cook fried eggs regularly and it bugs me so much when they stick to the pan and it ruins them. I do not have that issue with this pan! I pour a little olive oil, crack the egg, cook, and it’s as easy as that. Similarly, it is very easy to clean because nothing is sticking to the pan. I can’t wait to use this more because it has worked so great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My standard first test for a non-stick surface is fresh home fries. They have a tendency to want to stick like crazy, but not on this pan! I used very minimal oil, and the potato cubes browned and cooked beautifully, and slid right off the pan. It's a winner!

It is a great big pan so i can make plenty for the whole family. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. I also would buy another pan at another time.

I remember and follow the instructions: 1. Use oil or butter; 2. Low or medium heat; and 3. Let cool before hand wash. I never have any issue and I love my GreenPan products.
