These are the most disgusting protein bars I have ever had in my life. Took the Blueberry, Sea Salt & Chocolate, and Peanut Butter & Berries bars on a backpacking trip and wish I had left them behind. It's like gelatin or a fruit roll-up were melted with the ingredients listed on the front and shaped into the most chewy, disgusting, awful piece of food ever created. Have never felt so compelled to write a bad review about something in my life. Do yourself a favor and buy any other protein bar on the market! Can I get a refund for the $$ I wasted on these??

I’m a health conscious vegetarian who enjoys being active & hiking the great outdoors frequently. I also need more protein in my diet (especially when I’m on the go) and this has been my perfect solution to all of my dietary needs and satisfying my taste buds. Highly reccomend!

I am a Registered Dietitian and I had previously given up on recommending protein bars for my patients, clients, and family. The reason for this was because they all misled people in thinking they are doing something “healthy” when in fact they are eating a candy bar. Thank you RXBAR for creating something I feel comfortable in recommending as a protein bar. Did I mention it tastes great?!

can someone answer this question--what is the "chocolate" supposed to be? I've heard of dark chocolate and I've heard of cacao--what is "chocolate" as an ingredient? I thought chocolate was made up of other ingredients. Is there milk or milk proteins in this?

My niece enjoyed the peanut butter bar. We had trouble finding the kid version in the store but realize they are new and might be a while for my area to get them. I love these bars! They're chewy and they fill me up! If I'm in a hurry, I can grab one in place for breakfast or lunch and it fills me up! I can never find them in the stores that do carry them, because they're always running out! So I just order mine and keep them on hand! My favorite is Chocolate Sea Salt. :-)

These bars have potential, but they are really hard, and I find every time I eat them the rip up the roof of my mouth. Not sure what is causing it, I guess it's the almonds. But it makes it an unpleasant experience. What happened to the chocolate hazelnut flavor? Those were the best!

That was the note of caution that enclosed my little package of awesome, and it wasn't lying because these bars were so good it made me weak in the knees. The chocolate, the protein, the little notes of salt that explode in your mouth! I don't know what my favorite part is, but these are BY FAR MY FAVORITE RXBARs to date, if not my favorite snack ever. 10/10 will buy again. I can't wait until they are available for sale!

When I started a new diet I had to cut back on the cookies but still have a huge sweet tooth. Someone recommended the regular chocolate RX bars to me, and it turned out to be the perfect replacement! They satisfy my cravings completely, without wreaking havoc on my blood sugar. When I think I HAVE to indulge in the sweets, I tell myself to eat an RX bar first and that if I still want the brownie I can have it — but so far they’ve satisfied the urge to indulge, which is saying a lot. I also keep them on hand as a general snack for when I get hungry on the go. Being so high in natural protein they curb my hunger without feeling like a sugary snack. I’ve been eating them pretty much every day for 10 months now and am still not sick of them. And my monthly subscription keeps them coming! I can’t believe I’ve just written an extensive review on a date and nut bar, but they’ve become my fav snack and hope other people get so much from them as well!
