This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I regret it wildly. Do not buy this. I have had ongoing issues with it since I purchased it a year ago. The cycle time takes 3.5 hours instead of the stated 2. It will literally use an entire bottle of softener at one time. Now, I am FIVE days out of warranty and the stupid thing is not drying my clothes..and they will not cover a thing. Buy another brand or product and avoid the regret.

While I think this is a decent and first of it's kind, then this is great. I like that I don't have to exchange laundry. Design flaws? Absolutely. The drain filter is too low, and you have to wait a long time for the water to release. If you happen to leave it alone with a small bowl, then you may let it spill. I also tried to use the internal support troubleshoot, and it didn't help when I had a clogged drain filter. At least I did figure it out. I like that it's small for tighter, cramped places. I wish it would also start cycles using the Smart Use, though. I could never seem to get that figured out. Also, why have "Bubble Soak" in the system, when it can't be used? I really wish that was available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke All-in-one washer/dryer for about a year now, and it's a solid machine with a few quirks. First, get used to a bit longer wash/dry times than you may be used to. Even the "super speed" cycle takes a couple of hours. Also, clothes may seem slightly damp when you first remove them, but they will quickly dissipate any remaining moisture. Try to keep your loads on the smaller side to minimize this. You will also need to keep the lint collector clean, which is multi-piece unit that you have to take apart and use a small vacuum on. Last thing: be careful with using dryer sheets, they can make their way into the drain system and clog it. All that said, the machine has a sleek design, it gets clothes nicely clean, it saves space, and doesn't use a huge amount of energy.
