[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on our 2 machine warranty replacement in 14 months in addition to the 7 service calls in between the machine showing the error code and Samsung, then allstate the extended warranty servicer, deciding to finally replace the first (6 months after purchase) and then the second machine (13 months after original purchase and 1 month out of manufacturer warranty).ive since learned that the vented machines have a much more sensible drying system and if i were to share any insight, id say at least give yourself a fighting chance at clean, dry clothes with the vented machine versus the convenience of 110v and no vent. Worst appliance choice I've ever made - which is so disappointing as I loved the idea of throwing clothes in before work and finishing the day with a load cleaned, dried and ready to fold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works perfectly. I love that I can put my clothes in and not have to worry about moving them to another machine to dry. It washes and dries perfectly, with no wrinkles. You can choose to leave the close damp and leave some moisture. The machine doesn’t vibrate when spinning or drying. I also love that it has a self cleaning cycle.

This machine has cool features, and not needing to flip your laundry from one unit to the other is an incredible benefit. The quality of wash is great, and has a large capacity, but that seems to be wasted as other users mentioned if you try to do a very full load the drying cycle can be very extensive. No more quick washes or quick dries with this unit. The worst part of it is that if you look online, you can see multiple postings and videos about the hose that cleans the heat exchanger cracking, and needing to be replaced. Seems like this is something that Samsung should address with a higher quality product. Our hose seemed to last almost exactly one year before it needed to be replaced. Definitely by an extended warranty on this or buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 2/1 washer combo & it genuinely makes life easier just throwing everything in there. It cleans well, it dries well if it's a normal load. When things are a bit heavy it takes a little longer and with the wrinkle option it keeps it flowing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good too soon to tell but the as of now it has very cool features and work well the wash and dry time is a bit longer than I would like it to be 3 and some times 4 hours to complete a load but that could also be due to how big the loads are still trying to figure it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased all in one washer and dryer washing machine from Samsung And I am pleasantly surprised at large the capacity is compared to my last set. It is super quiet when running through it's cycles with virtually no noise or vibration. The convenience of not having 2 bulky washer&dryer set is life changing. Once it finishes it's washing cycles it automatically begins the drying cycle smoothly which out a need be there. My past dryers would inevitably have damp clothes in the center of load when finished. With this washing/dryer combo I can always guarantee that my clothes with be 100% moisturize and wrinkle free with the numerous options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching to the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Laundry Combo (WD53DBA900HBA1) has completely eliminated laundry day fatigue. The ability to throw in dirty clothes and come back to fully clean, dry garments in the same machine is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second time purchasing this this and I will keep buying them! The convenience of having a single machine forn washing and drying is HUUUUGE. It also helps save me money because of the efficiency and it is able to be installed tons of places because of the ventless design. I appreciate the lower heat it uses for drying on the normal cycles because it keeps my clothes in better shape, especially more delicate fabrics like bamboo viscose. I would absolutely recommend and will be v buying for my next purchase too unless Samsung comes out with a new model/upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer/Dryer combo is without a doubt a game changer. I got the 110v, ventless version and so glad I did. Put anywhere and not worry about a 220v outlet. What an incredible machine. Plug and play settings are all set up. Just fill up the detergent reservoirs, that will also "let you know your getting low on it" choose the preset cycle you want and the door opens automatically after the dry cycle is done via phone if you want. Baught matching peddistool to raise it up. Easy to set up wifi "not needed" and use. From large loads to small ones and easy on Delicate articles it's got you covered all while being super Quiet. WELL THAUGHT OUT CONTROL PANEL 10 stars across the board. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Worth every penny...I've paid more for much less. Hands down best Washer/Dryer ever purchased. Stop thinking about it...You will be happy with purchasing one. Wife and I love it.❤️
