It cleans clothes exceptionally well, even on larger loads, and the spin cycle removes so much water that drying takes less time. It's quiet, energy-efficient, and offers plenty of wash and dry settings for different fabrics. The sleek design looks great in my laundry room, and the controls are easy to use. Overall, it's been reliable, saves me time, and makes laundry much easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality washer and dryer combo.

The biggest problems are the location of the laundry detergent is not particularly accessible because they're in the bottom of the machine. The biggest downfall of the machine itself is it drawing capability it clogs up often and you have to clean the lint from the entire top of the unit. Even if you clean the lint trap every time eventually you have to take the entire top off of this unit and dismantle it to clean out all of the fuzz that gets lodged in the top of it. That was a very poor craftsmanship in my opinion and is not very convenient. It also does not dry. Well you have to put it on max straw and sometimes you have to dry things two or three times to get them completely dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine probably for over a year now, and I've done well over 300 loads. And I must say I'm extremely impressed. It goes fairly quickly, and I don't worry about any of my clothes being wet. I'll throw my clothes to wash at night, and they'll be nice and dry, 100% ready for me to wear the next morning. Moreover, on the washing section, I've been very impressed with its cleaning abilities, especially on heavily soiled and stained products. I do have white towels with old blood stains, among other things, and every time this washing machine gets those stains out. I hope that, with a software update at some point, I will be able to change the spin speed for the wash cycle without turning off the dry portion and starting the dry manually. The important reason is that I've noticed this washing machine tends to wrinkle clothes very easily due to the very high spin used by the AI Opti Wash and Dry. Of course, nothing will ever be 100% perfect, but this does come really close

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo has been an incredible addition to my home. I love being able to wash and dry my clothes in one machine without having to transfer loads. The AI features do a great job of selecting the right settings, and my clothes come out clean, fresh, and dry every time. It's surprisingly quiet, easy to use, and the sleek modern design looks amazing in my laundry space. It's a huge time-saver and perfect for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing performance. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW these “all in one” machines sure have come a long way! The capacity is LARGE, and the convenience of having up to 40 loads of laundry detergent and fabric softener are a real plus. The only comment I would make is that we had no idea there was an ON/OFF button on the smart panel. Once we figured that out we had no problem giving a 5 Star Rating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer dryer combo has been a life saver for you our family. The capacity of the drum is big enough to wash lots of blankets or a king size comforter. I like all the advanced features of this washing machine. I can always tweak settings if I need to have a shorter drying cycle for example. Samsung also pushes updates to improve this unit on a regular basis. Very satisfied with drying performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with this all-in-one washer dryer combo! It has been an absolute lifesaver for our limited space. The machine runs incredibly quietly, gets clothes spotlessly clean, and the drying performance is fantastic — clothes come out bone-dry, soft, and ready to wear. Having both functions in a single continuous cycle saves me so much time and effort; no more waiting around to transfer heavy, wet laundry from one machine to another. The smart features and eco-friendly energy/water efficiency are also huge pluses. It is worth every single penny and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for ultimate convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Implementing washer/dryer combo into our day-to-day has really enhanced our lifestyle. It really has been more convenient than we even anticipated when we made the purchase! The capacity is huge we are able to do all of our laundry and less cycles. The drying mechanism is amazing and leaves no moisture in the clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A game changer for busy households! I absolutely love this Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Washer & Dryer combo! The convenience of being able to wash and dry everything in one machine without having to transfer heavy, wet laundry is a huge time saver. It has plenty of space for larger loads, including bedding, and I love that it fits so much while still being compact compared to having two separate machines. The ventless heat pump dryer is a huge plus because there's no need for an outside vent, making installation much easier and giving more flexibility with placement. The AI features are impressive — it adjusts cycles based on the load, and the touchscreen makes everything simple and easy to navigate. The automatic detergent dispensing is another favorite because it saves time and avoids wasting product. For anyone with a busy family, limited space, or just wanting a more convenient laundry routine, this machine is worth every penny. It's modern, efficient, quiet, and has completely changed the way I do laundry. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo Washer and Dryer. Our townhouse had the washer and dryer just inside the ensuite bathroom. We needed a solution that took up less space and didn't require venting. The All-in-One fit the bill beautifully. I love the AI setting; it makes all the decisions for me. The only drawback is that it takes a little longer to do laundry since I can't have one load in the washer while another is in the dryer. But since my husband and I are retired, we have the time plus we don't have a lot of laundry, so for us it's not a problem.
