My only issue is, sometimes when it's a load that has jeans or sweatshirt, you have to dry them longer but no big deal. I usually just add more drying time to the cycle. I'm extremely satisfied with the unit.

I bought this 6 months ago but didn't get installed by my contractor till about a month ago. I love it but know that I am not using all of what it has to offer. I took a star off because when I was researching the 3 different washer/dryer combos, The other 2 had pedestals available. Since the Samsung was so new, they predicted that there would be one available probably in August. That hasn't happened and I get the impression it is not in the near future if at all. This is not ok because the unit sits very low to the ground. If I had known there wasn't going to be one, I would have gotten an LG. I feel I was mislead and that is very disappointing. I am stuck now, I fear.

Even though it may take a bit longer to go through an entire washing and drying cycle, it is worth not having to switch the laundry over anymore. Plus, have the built in storage for the Detergent and fabric softener is amazing! It also takes up less space so we have more space in the laundry area. I definitely recommend getting this device if you plan to upgrade.

It even connects with my other Samsung appliances like a little smart community. Washes my clothes way more thoroughly than my dilapidated apartment thin twin. The smart wash option is what I use every time, it know what to do. Also having a large reservoir for softener and detergent is fantastic.

This is the worst washer and dryer I have ever owned. You have to manually drain water from it once a month and they do not make it easy. I have to lay on the floor with a bowl small enough for the short tube to fit into. The machine will not run if you don't do this. Another horror is something that has always been simple. Emptying the lint trap. It's a jigsaw puzzle to put back together and is extremely frustrating. Clothing comes out wrinkled and for some reason pants more so than anything else. I really hate this machine!!!
