I love that it has variety of wash options from small loads, delicates to AI opt. The smart feature has made my life easy. I don’t have to measure detergent every time since it auto-dispenses, and the AI settings adjust the wash based on the load. Even little things like the door opening on its own at the end and the self-cleaning drum are super convenient. The design feels durable and thoughtfully made, which gives me confidence it will last. For anyone who has never used this product before, I would say it’s definitely worth trying you’ll notice the difference right away. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone in my household mentioned it was hard to figure out how to use the new washer, until I said, - there is nothing to figure out, you can simply talk to Bixby and ask to set the cycle you want and hit start. They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it. Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

The SuperSpeed Wash feature is the most innovative feature which I experienced first time, that finished a large/heavy load in under 30 minutes and still no compromise in cleaning. 3. Smart Technology - this is something I was not so sure of at the beginning. The washer has a 7" LCD touchscreen and Samsung Smart things app controls make selecting cycles and monitoring laundry incredibly convenient. After a few wash cycles, the washer "learnt" my habits and started recommending the appropriate wash cycle, which truly feels futuristic. Finally, the washer’s built in Wi-Fi and SmartThings integration is cool, and mobile app notifications remind me of laundry duties. 4. The Flex Auto Dispense System is a very unique and thoughtful feature in this washer takes all the human error and accidental over usage of laundry detergent. The app as well as the screen on the washer shows the levels of detergent and softener which is super helpful. 5. I have noticed specialized cycles like Steam Clean which I am going to try soon, and as per the manual will make sure that my family’s clothes are not only clean but also free of allergens. 6. I have had to close the doors in my laundry room with my previous sets, as they tend to shake and end up all over the place, and when I did my first cycle, this washer remained in place and was so quiet that I felt confident that I could do my laundry without waking up the baby. I was also able to listen to Spotify or check on my laundry through the app since I was able to add it to my SmartThings app. The extra cycles and AI cycles features of this washer are a huge plus and one I have never encountered before! The capabilities and features are well thought out and well incorporated into the washing machine. It is very efficient in space saving, water consumption, energy consumption, and just very convenient to use at any time! I cannot wait to see what other features they plan to add in the future!
