[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a huge step forward. Smart and AI are usually buzzwords but Samsung has really done something with this washer. You can add it to smart things directly from their display, just don't try do add them from your phone at the same time, you'll just confuse yourself and the system. I love the automatic soap and fabric softner dispenser, these units are truly built for the modern smart home. There is every possible wash and dry cycle you could ask for, from Normal, to heavy duty, to bedding, to delicate, if you can think it, this set has it. The washer performance is top notch, my clothes were almost dry when I took them out, thanks to the excellent spin cycle. That just makes the job of the dryer easier.

The one thing I do not like is that sometimes I have trouble turning on the washer making me hit the power button multiple times to turn it on.

Terrible customer experience trying to redeem the Tide Promotion. I’m scared! If Samsung can’t honor a promotion I can’t even think about the product quality.

Bought about 6 mths ago and we absolutely love them! Largest capacity we've owned thus far. Which is great for a family of 5 adults. Love that we no longer have to pour soap or softener every load. Style and design Amazing!

This washer performs excellent. The interface is clean and responsive. Smartthings built in is useful for my other smart home gadgets. I can easily recommend this to anyone looking for a high end washer.

Washer is great looking and makes the clothes smell fantastic, however the most recent software update broke the ability to press the start button on the washer to start a cycle. Instead I have to initiate a delayed cycle for 1 minute of delay and it will start. Once that happens the start and pause button work normally. They need to release a software update to fix this bug.

After retiring, we moved into a space that was ½ of our old house. We were looking for something stackable and with smart technology. This did not disappoint. The stacking kit create a link between the washer and dryer so you only have to use the washer touch screen. Everything is connected to the "Smart Things" app, which I thought was "cute" but who would use it? Well we do! No more forgotten loads, messages when cycles are done on our smart watches. We love the feedback on water usage and have learned to optimize our loads. As far as cycles go, we tried a few, but the the AI sensors does a way better job of picking the correct cycle. There are only 2 of us, so we find there is more capacity than we need. for some reason it takes 50% less time per load than our old machines. Highly recommended

Bought this machine a month ago and love it. It has many great functions and easy to use. The self dispenser is great and informs me when it needs refilled.
