I love that they have preset settings for different types of clothing so you don't need to second guess yourself. I tend to use the tumble dry low setting on my clothes to preserve the fabrics and this allows me to easily do that. The machine also learned my favorite settings and made it easier for me to pick them for future uses. The control panel is clear and easy to use. I also love that I can fine tune settings on their app so I can tailor the machine to my preferences.
