It wasnt a bad cake. It was kinda like eating whipped pudding instead of mousse.

This cake has a wonderful overall flavor but unfortunately it is a mess to serve and can’t be cut into pieces of cake without being a puddle of layers on the plate. It was chilled up until serving but the mousse was still way too soft. The top layer of Dubai chocolate with white chocolate shavings and chocolate drizzle is too heavy for the chocolate mousse layer underneath making it messy when you push down to cut it. The cake is not too sweet and complements the mouse and top layer perfectly. The full layer of dubai chocolate was generous and added a nice crunchy texture to the mousse and cake. Everyone enjoyed it but it was a spoon cake served in a bowl. I was given a free sample for my honest review.

I purchased this cake as looked so delicious. I stored in fridge and took out right as e we were about to sing happy birthday. We couldn’t even take the pavo that held the cake together because it kept running out. LITERALLY RUNNING OUT. It ended up looking like a blob. Everyone thought it was supposed to be ice cream cake, never have I ever had such a huge embarrassment with any cake but this one takes the ribbon. It was HORRIBLE. It didn’t stop us from eating the blob, it was delicious it just didn’t look aesthetically. Didn’t even look like a cake but we love and learn, never again.

I was given a free sample for my honest opinion. Moist chocolate cake topped with a thick layer of chocolate mousse. That’s a great start. Now layer on the pistachio and kadayif crunch with added chocolate garnish and you can imagine the experience of this cake. No avoiding that serving this will require some extra attention as cutting through the kadayif will require some extra force that may compress the soft chocolate mousse. I found “well chilled” helpful in maintaining the integrity of the cake slices. Once plated, you can look forward to all the things you love about Dubai chocolate, but in a cake form. If you are a fan of Dubai chocolate, it’s worth experiencing this cake even with the bit of extra effort when serving.

I ordered in the Sam’s app Wednesday for pick up by 8-9am Friday. Waiting for a text that supposedly the cake is ready but I got a cancellation instead they said that they are out of stock, be nice to know by Thursday so I had time and not rushing to buy just any cake for a late Mother’s Day celebration

I received a free sample to leave an honest review. I served this cake at a dinner party, so this review represents the opinions of six people. Everyone loved the cake! It was delicious and made a great dessert after our meal. It was a 100% hit with everyone.

for taste I rate it around a 3.8/5 or a 4/5 but overall a 3 rating to factor in the messiness and the structural integrity. this cake is good but there is WAY too much cream and this is coming from someone who LOVES icing, whipped topping etc. it's too much cream to cake ratio. this would have been way better if it was a double layer style cake instead of one round with 2 large mounds of cream pipped. Cutting the cake was messy as well which was a common complaint I saw reading the reviews before reading this. I would advise that your cake is very cold and maybe even freeze it for 10 minutes possibly so it holds? I wish there was another layer of chocolate cake. Because the cream is so soft, that explains why there is an acetate ring holding it together basically. I'm not sure if I would buy this again. The cupcakes were way more superior. Bring those back!

I was given a free sample for my honest opinion. This dreamy, whipped mouse Dubai cake is definitely appropriate for a special occasion. it is very rich and very sweet and wrapped very securely for travel to take to a party if you want.

If you like Dubai chocolate this is for you. But it is messy. We leave the ring on so it doesn’t get soupy. Just slice and spoon out. That’s why I took one star away. Other than that, love it.
