If you like Dubai chocolate this is for you. But it is messy. We leave the ring on so it doesn’t get soupy. Just slice and spoon out. That’s why I took one star away. Other than that, love it.

This cake is delicious but the execution is terrible. I probably would not buy it again. The top layer is all a soft whipped layer that does not hold its shape at all. When you cut it, the top half of the cake oozes/melts down making it very hard to cut into uniform pieces and VERY messy. The chocolate and pistachio topping makes it further hard to cut because those are a lot firmer than the whipped topping and just get pushed down into the cake, which makes the oozing problem worse. My advice if you try this cake, don’t take the plastic ring off, and maybe buy with caution if you are taking it somewhere that you can’t potentially clean up a mess. I didn’t try freezing it, maybe that would help with firmness?

I was given a free sample for my honest opinion. My family gives this cake 5 stars! It was absolutely delicious. We were all pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t super sweet. I loved the slight crunch and the creamy mousse. If you want beautifully cut slices, this isn't the cake for you. The plastic band around it helps hold the cake together. Serving is a little difficult but my family is more concerned about taste than presentation. Receiving this was perfect timing as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary and the end of the school year.

I was given a free sample for my honest opinion The cake was moist and the mouse layer was light and fluffy but it was loose. I’ve never had Dubai chocolate before that part was ok. Cake would feed a large group. Cake had three distinct layers of chocolate.

The idea, and cake in itself is tasty. But the minute I took the plastic holder off, the icing literally melted off the sides, and some went on the table. It looks like melted chocolate ice creams.This cake definitely needs to be frozen or cold

Taste and texture was amazing.. I hate buttercream frosting so this mousse texture was very soft and fluffy which I really liked I wasn’t a fan of the dubai chocolate part though .. overall good cake

excellent taste, however even after putting it in the freezer, upon taking the plastic wrap off, the the entire cake liquefied and flooded the kitchen, would not recommend... The mousse was far far far too runny
