[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a nice Fridge with good cooling. The freezer compartment is big and provides more room than the one we had. The cube and crush ice optional function is very helpful. I can control the temp and get alert if the doors have been opened for extensive time. Also, the No-fingerprint mark body is very easy to maintain. The handle-free freezer door adds more beauty to it. Air movement in the fridge is even and cools consistently. The size fits perfectly in the kitchen and blends well with the kitchen cabinets and wall color.

Samsung is a brand I trust. This refrigerator is no exception. As soon as I plugged it in it regulated the temperature in the fridge and freezer almost immediately. I connected it through the SmartThings app along with my other Samsung productsThis refrigerator has the right amount of space I need for my food. The stainless steel finish is perfect for the other appliances I have in my kitchen. I operate my refrigerator and my other Samsung products from my phone.

This is the second Samsung Smart Appliance. The size of the refrigerator is very nice. This is bigger than my old refrigerator. I appreciate all the extra features this refrigerator has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this beautiful fridge. It looks great. lt is reaching temperature and you can't hear a thing. So quiet. The organization within the fridge is very flexible. We will get able to personalize storage easily.

The refrigerator works great! Keeps all of our food and drinks cool and freezer keeps everything frozen. The drawer has a second sliding drawer within which is a great way to break up the space for organization. We like using the filtered water and ice that it dispenses. We used to need a brita with our old fridge but this saves us space within the unit by not needing another separate filter for water.

Large capacity for your groceries , love how the shelves can be moved around, would like more door trays for sure for larger condiments , bottom Freezer has lots of room and like a hidden drawer for even more goodies, you can control your fridge temps through an app which is nice , and the freezer is frost free, the alarm goes off if you have kids that hold the doors open which is nice to remind them ,

The refrigerator has all the basic needs. The warranty is great, including 10 years on the compressor. The only m8ssing need is another side door holder large enough to hold additional milk or creamer. However, there is a sliding shelf in the main area which can accommodate larger items. Not sore veg/fruit doors can be removed easily, but not an issue. Overall, good refrigerator for the price.

We replaced our 16 year old Samsung with this fridge. It does seem a little louder than our older model. We are happy with the cooling part of this fridge. It works well no complaints with that. The ice maker is a lot quieter annd produces ice well. We haven’t had to change the filter but it seems like it would be more conveniently located in this fridge. Our biggest complaint is the design of the shelving inside and how it minimizes the amount of space available. There is minimal room for larger items. Specifically gallons. So you’re supposed to put your gallons on the inside of the door. One gallon of milk fits but the second gallon does not fit it has to sit on top of the piece that sticks out at an awkward angle. But wait there is the middle shelf that retracts halfway. Great I can fit 2 gallons there … then I realize the space behind it is no man’s land. You have to put something small behind your gallons and every time you want to grab it you have to remove a gallon of milk to get to it. Very uneasy to access. Such a waste of space. Why isn’t the middle shelf adjustable to move up. It’s an less than an inch shy of being able to fit a gallon. Did anyone at Samsung buy groceries and see what height a typical gallon of milk/tea/water is. What about the bottom shelves on each of the doors. Seriously unless you’re on your knees you don’t even know they are there. This is a great way to forget about what you have in your fridge. Just put it there. Oh wait don’t forget it’s gotta be really small like a jar of grey poupon how many condiments do you have that are that small anyway? If you like condiments just know you’re not storing very many on the doors. With the small amount of space within the fridge you aren’t going to have much room for it inside either. Ditto for the freezer. What is going on! I guess if you live by yourself this fridge would be functional but forget about it if you like to stock up on any type of groceries. So bummed about this purchase. I’m told by the sales rep the typical fridge now lasts only 10 years. I can at least look forward to 10 years from now that I can find a fridge that fits my lifestyle. Until then at least this fridge is teaching me everything I don’t like about a fridge. I loved my old Samsung. It looks like now I’ll be purchasing another fridge for my basement to be able to store any overflow. I can tell you it wont be Samsung.
