The refrigerator works great! Keeps all of our food and drinks cool and freezer keeps everything frozen. The drawer has a second sliding drawer within which is a great way to break up the space for organization. We like using the filtered water and ice that it dispenses. We used to need a brita with our old fridge but this saves us space within the unit by not needing another separate filter for water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for a couple weeks now and it works very well. The water dispenser has a good flow & so far we have not run out of ice. The cooling of the fridge is very consistent and I especially like the pull out freezer drawer on the bottom. The lower drawer, however does seem to be a bit of a challenge to remove if we have a spill that needs to be cleaned. I'm hopeful that we will not have to deal with that anytime soon. The doors of the refrigerator have adequate spacing for holding condiments and assortment of beverages. So far we are very happy with this unit.

Great fridge. Lots of space, well lit inside. The ice dispenser and water dispenser work well. It’s nice to have cold filtered water! The ice maker seems loud but my old one didn’t work so maybe I’m just not used to it - the dogs bark every time it drops ice. Love the deli drawer. The shelving is great. I have found something for every shelf. It is consistently cool/cold. Don’t know anything about corrosion or frost, it is less than a week old.

The outside water and ice disposal dispensers are a great addition to a very nice looking refrigerator from the outside. Very much worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this beautiful fridge. It looks great. lt is reaching temperature and you can't hear a thing. So quiet. The organization within the fridge is very flexible. We will get able to personalize storage easily.

The refrigerator has all the basic needs. The warranty is great, including 10 years on the compressor. The only m8ssing need is another side door holder large enough to hold additional milk or creamer. However, there is a sliding shelf in the main area which can accommodate larger items. Not sore veg/fruit doors can be removed easily, but not an issue. Overall, good refrigerator for the price.

There is a lot of main storage space, the adjustable shelf is beneficial for taller items, and the separate deli drawer is a plus. The main flaws are strange in the doors and freezers. We underestimated how limited the storage space was in the doors for condiment type items that may be a bit taller. The freezers overall have a decent storage space, however it can be a little tricky when you run into taller items. Just things to adjust to, overall a good fridge so far.

Large capacity for your groceries , love how the shelves can be moved around, would like more door trays for sure for larger condiments , bottom Freezer has lots of room and like a hidden drawer for even more goodies, you can control your fridge temps through an app which is nice , and the freezer is frost free, the alarm goes off if you have kids that hold the doors open which is nice to remind them ,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works very well, and I love the freezer compartment. The only downside is that there isn’t enough height for milk, juice, or other beverages to stand upright. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

We replaced our 16 year old Samsung with this fridge. It does seem a little louder than our older model. We are happy with the cooling part of this fridge. It works well no complaints with that. The ice maker is a lot quieter annd produces ice well. We haven’t had to change the filter but it seems like it would be more conveniently located in this fridge. Our biggest complaint is the design of the shelving inside and how it minimizes the amount of space available. There is minimal room for larger items. Specifically gallons. So you’re supposed to put your gallons on the inside of the door. One gallon of milk fits but the second gallon does not fit it has to sit on top of the piece that sticks out at an awkward angle. But wait there is the middle shelf that retracts halfway. Great I can fit 2 gallons there … then I realize the space behind it is no man’s land. You have to put something small behind your gallons and every time you want to grab it you have to remove a gallon of milk to get to it. Very uneasy to access. Such a waste of space. Why isn’t the middle shelf adjustable to move up. It’s an less than an inch shy of being able to fit a gallon. Did anyone at Samsung buy groceries and see what height a typical gallon of milk/tea/water is. What about the bottom shelves on each of the doors. Seriously unless you’re on your knees you don’t even know they are there. This is a great way to forget about what you have in your fridge. Just put it there. Oh wait don’t forget it’s gotta be really small like a jar of grey poupon how many condiments do you have that are that small anyway? If you like condiments just know you’re not storing very many on the doors. With the small amount of space within the fridge you aren’t going to have much room for it inside either. Ditto for the freezer. What is going on! I guess if you live by yourself this fridge would be functional but forget about it if you like to stock up on any type of groceries. So bummed about this purchase. I’m told by the sales rep the typical fridge now lasts only 10 years. I can at least look forward to 10 years from now that I can find a fridge that fits my lifestyle. Until then at least this fridge is teaching me everything I don’t like about a fridge. I loved my old Samsung. It looks like now I’ll be purchasing another fridge for my basement to be able to store any overflow. I can tell you it wont be Samsung.
