[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this beautiful fridge. It looks great. lt is reaching temperature and you can't hear a thing. So quiet. The organization within the fridge is very flexible. We will get able to personalize storage easily.

The refrigerator works great! Keeps all of our food and drinks cool and freezer keeps everything frozen. The drawer has a second sliding drawer within which is a great way to break up the space for organization. We like using the filtered water and ice that it dispenses. We used to need a brita with our old fridge but this saves us space within the unit by not needing another separate filter for water.

The outside water and ice disposal dispensers are a great addition to a very nice looking refrigerator from the outside. Very much worth the money.

The large capacity gives me plenty of room to store groceries, drinks, and meal prep items without everything feeling packed together. It’s especially helpful after bigger grocery trips because I can organize everything easily. One feature I really like is the 3-door French door design. It makes it simple to separate fresh foods, frozen items, and drinks, so finding things is quick and convenient. The shelves and drawers feel well-designed, and the bottom freezer has a lot of useful space too. The external water and ice dispenser works smoothly and adds convenience to everyday use. Overall, the refrigerator looks modern, runs efficiently, and makes my kitchen feel more organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both style and functionality in a refrigerator.

The water dispenser is nice and roomy, I can fit a large thermos and electric kettle in there without the maneuvering and tilting I had to do with my last fridge. It is pretty basic compared to some newer options with bells and whistles but it does what I need it to. Just wish the doors were less bulky and smoother close + alarm when left ajar.

So much bigger then my last one. Making it perfect for my family of 4. I am a bit confused by the ice trays in the freezer since the ice maker is located in the fridge part. I was told it makes ice in two places but don't see how that is possible. Im assuming you could dump ice in there as a back up. Im just using the trays as extra storage. Over all im very happy with my purchase!

The previous model lasted for 12 years so we’re happy with longevity of Samsung products. I particularly like the fact that it integrates with my Samsung Smartthings smart Home hub and devices and with Alexa. Couldn’t be happier with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works very well, and I love the freezer compartment. The only downside is that there isn’t enough height for milk, juice, or other beverages to stand upright. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

We replaced our 16 year old Samsung with this fridge. It does seem a little louder than our older model. We are happy with the cooling part of this fridge. It works well no complaints with that. The ice maker is a lot quieter annd produces ice well. We haven’t had to change the filter but it seems like it would be more conveniently located in this fridge. Our biggest complaint is the design of the shelving inside and how it minimizes the amount of space available. There is minimal room for larger items. Specifically gallons. So you’re supposed to put your gallons on the inside of the door. One gallon of milk fits but the second gallon does not fit it has to sit on top of the piece that sticks out at an awkward angle. But wait there is the middle shelf that retracts halfway. Great I can fit 2 gallons there … then I realize the space behind it is no man’s land. You have to put something small behind your gallons and every time you want to grab it you have to remove a gallon of milk to get to it. Very uneasy to access. Such a waste of space. Why isn’t the middle shelf adjustable to move up. It’s an less than an inch shy of being able to fit a gallon. Did anyone at Samsung buy groceries and see what height a typical gallon of milk/tea/water is. What about the bottom shelves on each of the doors. Seriously unless you’re on your knees you don’t even know they are there. This is a great way to forget about what you have in your fridge. Just put it there. Oh wait don’t forget it’s gotta be really small like a jar of grey poupon how many condiments do you have that are that small anyway? If you like condiments just know you’re not storing very many on the doors. With the small amount of space within the fridge you aren’t going to have much room for it inside either. Ditto for the freezer. What is going on! I guess if you live by yourself this fridge would be functional but forget about it if you like to stock up on any type of groceries. So bummed about this purchase. I’m told by the sales rep the typical fridge now lasts only 10 years. I can at least look forward to 10 years from now that I can find a fridge that fits my lifestyle. Until then at least this fridge is teaching me everything I don’t like about a fridge. I loved my old Samsung. It looks like now I’ll be purchasing another fridge for my basement to be able to store any overflow. I can tell you it wont be Samsung.
