Ok couldn’t wait to open wife’s gift till Christmas. Unbelievable solid build, manual was very well written and went into detail on which fuel ( gasoline, propane, natural gas) provided the best hours of operation and how to figure the appliances electric usage so you stay below the maximum output. Honestly hope I rarely use the generator but living on a river that has flooded will keep our sump pumps and freezers working until electricity comes back on.

Picked up this second larger generator to power house. I already have the Westinghouse 7500 which has been great thru hurricane power outages. Love the keyless start and ease of use. Looking forward to being able to rely on this one to keep family comfortable thru next hurricane.

After using a recoil start generator and struggling to get it running, this unit's push button start feature, breaker system, and choices of outlets, makes it a pleasure to use. The large wheels make moving the unit relatively easy process even on hard packed sand.

I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

Our nieghbors do not trim their trees and have mature trees all around us. Every year a branch falls on our house during a rain storm and pulls the wire from the transformer. Therefore the electric company puts us on the secondary list to fix. This generator is perfect as our natural gas line is outside the panel in the basement. We had a gas line put in with a quick release. When we assembled it and demoed. Started right up and directions were spot on. Assembly was good and quick. I did read that there wasn't enough oil provided so have another quart on hand but there was plenty to fill.

Bought this unit to replace my 20 years old generator. Works like a charm and it works great with unlimited supply of natural gas which was the main reason to buy it. No need to store large quantities of gasoline is . Unit is very compact and well put together

Bought this so we would have heat and could keep food from spoiling in the event of a winter storm. I used the natural gas option and the generator quickly started right up. My house was already set up for an expensive whole-home generator, but we saved thousands of dollars by going this route instead. We haven't tried the home AC, but this generator has been able to power everything else.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this model. I like its flexibility - 3 ways to start and 3 options for fuel for a reasonable price. It arrived yesterday and I was able to assemble it myself (I am a 70 year old woman). It was fun! The instructions were clear and the packaging was well-designed.

We often have power outages during the summer and winter months. I wanted a powerful generator to run most devices in my small home. This generator fit the bill perfectly. The best feature is that it will run on gas, propane, or natural gas. I am installing the gas line and have my interlock kit set up on my main panel. I hate to say I'm looking forward to our next power outage, but I am.. a little ;-)

Just got it and haven't needed to use it yet but, so far so good. It seems to work like a champ for the little time that I did use it. I especially like the little remote start which can come in very handy. I am looking to get a transfer switch wired in for the next time the power goes out for an extended period.
