Wife loves it!!

Took about 30 minutes to put it all together. Wheels, oil stands for the front and add some gas. All together very easy. Used the remote to start and after a couple tries it fired right up. Took a couple to get the gas flowing. So far very good results, haven't tried NG or propane. Looks good and should be able to load up in my pickup with the use of ramps. I have a 5th wheel we'll use it with. Came well packed with no damage.

Great features for the price with a reliable name.

I’m very happy with this investment for a number of reasons. This model will be able to run house including AC! The key thing I was looking for was tri-fule capability. Gas and propane is good for quick and short time use cases, but natural gas gives me flexibility for long term outages. I live on the gulf coast of Texas so I want to be able to run this for multiple days if needed. I will be building a weather proof shed on my property for storage that will open up for cooling and ventilation. I will be able to run a natural gas line to the shed so that I can turn it on quickly and not worry about fuel during those longterm outages we can get in hurricane season. I’m also very comfortable with the Westinghouse name and the warranty offered with this unit. I hope to send some pictures when I have the shed built.

I've needed a good Generator for some time now.

I've needed a good Generator for some time now and the research I've done keeps leading me back to the Wastinghouse WGen9500TFc. After adding Oil and Gas and with the push of the Button, it started right up.!! I have NO doubt it'll get the job done.!!

Easy set-up and easy start

This is a great generator. I really liked the easy set-up, which took only 10 minutes after getting the generator out of the box. The wheels were easy to attach. I like the tri-fuel feature as well. I plan to install the natural gas hook-up, but I tested it with gasoline right out of the box. Very happy with this purchase.

Tri fuel option

Unit has the option to use either gasoline, propane or natural gas. For me the LP option is what sold me on this unit. Generator looks of really good quality. The remote starter is also a great feature. I have not used the unit yet, but knowing that with this unit I will be able to run all of my household electrical appliances, gives me a piece of mind.

Easy set up and start

I bought this generator because we were having trouble starting our older generator and it was not very reliable. I read great reviews about this one have set it up and tested it. It was very easy to set up and very easy to start, stop and switch fuel types. So far we are very happy with it and are confident that it will perform admirably, should we need it.

Upgraded Generator WGen9500Tfc

My old generator was 20 years old and I needed an upgrade. After some research, I decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500Tfc. Arrived perfectly packaged, and after a couple of assembly steps, was ready to go! I love that this generator will run on propane or natural gas, in addition to gasoline. I will never need to be hassled anymore with storing gas, worrying about using stabilizer and getting stale. The generator works like a dream, just push the button for a perfect startup. The front panel provides all the connections you could ask for to connect individual items or to a home transfer switch. All-in-all, looks like a great unit that I expect to last for a long time.

Great tri fuel generator

Kelly and I bought this because a couple of times a year we will be out of power for a few days. We considered a whole house generator, but we decided on a portable one because we may move in the next few years. We normally would need backup power during the winter so we wouldn’t need to run the AC in the south. Even though this one would provably run the AC system. It was easy to assemble out of the box, put on wheels and rubber footing. Put in engine oil, fuel and it fired right up. We also have natural gas at the house, which would give us a more abundant fuel source. As gasoline could be scarce during extended power outages. I would buy this one again.

Started up first try

Just received this and it started up first button push on gasoline. Seems like a great generator and will be testing it out further soon. It's setup currently in case of emergency with one power cord brought within reach. I'm disabled on oxygen and always get concerned when we lose power. My electrician will be setting it up on an automatic transfer switch here after a bit. Looking forward to seeing it in action, especially with a working remote key fob starter.

Assembling the Westinghouse WGen9500TFc

I bought this generator.about 3 weeks ago in early February of 2024 and assembled it today. All parts were in the box and the instructions were easy to follow. Next I added the supplied oil to the tri-fuel engine. It was easy to assemble and had no missing parts. This unit was to replace a much smaller generator that I pssed on to my daughter. Everything works fine, with gasoline and propane and I am very pleased with my purchase. .
