Battery tender also good idea. 50 amp plug does not interfere with wheel rotation. Ships with needed oi, funnel, and tools. Battery box retainer keeps battery in place better than other designs I have seen. Great product in my view.

In preparation for the use of this generator, we had a manual transfer switch installed on our home. With the hoses and the kit that comes with the generator, we were up and running in no time! After the initial break in period, we will test everything to see how it handles the load. I will update the review at that time.

I am really surprised at the build quality and features this unit has. I assembled the wheels and front feet , added the supplied oil, added some fuel, connected the battery wires, and opened fuel line, pressed the start button and she started right up. Even has a remote start FOB. Great value and piece of mind. Will be buying external box to plug in for whole house use

I bought this generator less than a month ago. It has been working good so far. It is a good product and should meet all my needs. It was very easy to put together , just put the wheels on and add oil & gas . I loved the remote and push button start, very easy to operate.

I bought this unit to replace my much smaller generator which could only support two appliances at a time. This unit supports one heat pump, an electric dryer or cooktop, or several other appliances and lights. It arrived just in time for the hurricane season to fire up with Hurricane Beryl.

purchased the WGen9500TFc about a month ago to prepare for hurricane season, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Setup was simple, and it started right up using the remote start feature. It runs both my central A/C and other essential appliances with no problem. I also love that it runs on both gasoline and propane—huge plus for flexibility in emergencies. This generator gives me serious peace of mind and feels built to last. Highly recommend for anyone wanting solid power backup at home.

Bought it for emergency power. Just had this delivered, Tested it out using propane and started right up. Like the feature of having a FOB to start. Really good range I was able to start it from the inside of a brick house about 100’ away. Hopefully we won’t have to use it.

Initial fire up of generator, frequency is 62.9. I called support and they requested I put a load on it. With 2 heat elements at maybe 2.5amps, it dropped to 61.7 Hz. I was told this was all good and normal. Fast forward to today, with my first trial run after all electrical was finished to feed my home. I started with my garage which has a 240v pool pump and air compressor. The pool pump and all 120 devices ran just fine. When the air compressor came on, lights began flickering badly and the generator shut off. This was done again when I had someone able to turn the air compressor on while I was at the generator to observe the operations. I observed the frequency was dropping to 55-56 Hz and voltage was also dropping. This is happening due to the idle circuitry of the generator failing is my thought. I called support and was advised to contact my seller to return the unit for being defective. If I’m not able to return it, I can take it somewhere of pay to have someone come to my home. This is very poor support for a brand new product.

Just purchased the Wgen9500Tfc last month. It came perfectly packaged, no issues ...and in great condition. Connected to my NG line and it cranked right up with nary a hitch or issue. I bought this unit after experiencing power-outages following hurricanes. Excellent price and features. This unit is not excessively loud and starts every time. Tri Fuel is a plus when fuel sources become hard to find. This unit will give me piece of mind with hurricane season.
